This project addresses the resolution of scaffolding problems encountered by Caledonia scaffolding company, focusing on complaints from local residents and resource utilization. The study investigates the progress of the management issue, research objectives, and problems associated with scaffolding construction. The research objectives aim to identify financial losses incurred by Caledonia, explore methods for scaffolding removal without disrupting construction, and determine effective resource and space utilization. The project includes a literature review on safety risks in scaffolding, the implementation of BIM tools, and waste management. The methodology involves data collection through questionnaires and interviews, with both primary and secondary data analysis. The results reveal significant financial losses, safety concerns, and psychological effects due to scaffolding. The project presents qualitative analysis from managers, explores solutions like proper safety measures, and offers recommendations for improved space utilization, safety, and public relations. Limitations include the lack of focus on specific safety measures, and future research directions are suggested, including ways to prevent accidents and increase profit.
