Leadership is an important ingredient of managing organisation. Leadership is a procedure,

highest goals for the organisation. As a responsible leader, CEO Tim Cook integrates several

As discussed above, Tim cook allow every employee to think of its freedom and
action but at the same time, he is not dependent on other in committing and
executing his tasks. This trait creates a responsible environment in the company.

democratic leader (Ruiter, Schaveling, Ciulla, and Nijhof, 2018) .
As an responsible leader, Apple`s Tim Cook focus on creativity based on team
member’s skills, knowledge, abilities, which includes corporate culture representing
development procedure and product design (Waldman, Siegel, and Stahl, 2020) . Tim
Cook maintains Apple`s corporate culture enabled with creativity, innovation,
secrecy, supportive corporate culture, aggressive, moderate combativeness, and fast
technological innovation and development. He always recruits only best, which seek
only talented people all round the world. On the other hand, if any company has
negative corporate culture and does not focus on improving the knowledge of the
employees then it demotivates and demoralises employee`s and their performance.
Organisational culture of Apple promotes innovation and creativity as new ideas can
help to improve the organisation and its product line. He favours knowledge,
abilities, employee knowledge, and creativity amongst its employees so that

known in company for the one who does not perform up to the mark then they are
fired because they are not able to meet organisational excellence (Waldman, Siegel,

At operational level, Apple is no longer amongst top three companies at its product
level because it is seen that He has to enhance some of the strategies such as
increasing in durability, thinking of enlarging screen, changing ios system interface,
increasing battery life, and joining of unprecedented design. It is recommend that
Tim Cook has to work on innovation and its strategies to gain greater competitive
advantage for the organisation (Ruiter, Schaveling, Ciulla, and Nijhof, 2018) .

From the above discussion, it is seen that Tim Cook is a great business leader who has
contributed towards the growth of the organisation by increasing its market value. This leader
is quite responsible towards his tasks especially when it comes to his work. He delegates
power to the employees so that they can practise and learn how a leader considers all the
factors in internal as well as external environment so that they can understand dynamic
environment of business. Often there are some strategies of a leader, which keep them
connected with the stakeholders of the company. For example- investor who always look for
increase the worth of its investment by earning high dividends. Tim Cook follows democratic
style of leadership where employees take their decision regarding their tasks but at last, Tim
does not tolerate any less of performance or non-accomplishment of resources.
