portfolio is the development of ambulatory services. Ambulatory service will be boosted by
creating a philanthropic arms of the company. This new planning service will help in
improving the capital and equipments of the hospitals. It will meet the emergency health
needs of the patients within the community. This will also improve the quality of the services
and will meet the future demands of the public. Additionally, this service will benefit the
MHS services to take develop their outpatient care. The new plans will focus on developing
the equipments for Biopsy, x-rays, CT scans, Ultrasounds and other minor surgical
procedures to support the community health care (Stratmann & Koopman, 2016). These
technologies are affordable & will be purchased within $2millions. This facility will support
the health service organisation to create a transition in servicing sector in terms of providing a
better quality and convenience care facility. Ambulatory services will advance the medical
technology of the organisation and help people in getting a normal way for the outpatients
without getting admission to hospital. Outpatient services will allow the organisation to treat
more patients in community and will also to increase their revenue.

various equipment centres in the hospital. The equipment centre will contain the facilities for
both the hospitalised and outpatients of the hospital (Uppal, 2019). Equipments for Biopsy,
X-ray, CT scans, ultra sound and other minor surgical centres will be developed in this
programme. The idea for ambulatory service will focus on meeting the requirements of future
needs of the community.
The ambulatory care services will be set in such a way that, it will be easily accessible
by both the outpatients and the patients admitted in the hospital. Future care will be the name
of new ambulatory service directs the aim for future. Most of the people of the community
donot have any source to cure themselves (Himmel & Schneider, 2017). The new ambulatory
center of MHS’s plant is present at only one corner of the building. A lot of people are
constantly visiting the care for including both the inpatients and outpatients. For the
community of Metropolis town, this new developments in automotive service care will help
them to make a faster treatment. The planning of new automotive services will also help in
providing quick services to the patients and help them back with their normal life.

MHS hospital system will be improved. More equipments and more innovation of
ambulatory services will help the organisation in building new infrastructures. The hospital
can provide a better treatment services for the patients. The quality of services will also
improve and hence, it can afford a better service at a very reasonable price. Hospital can

and staffs in the organisation. This will help them to get access to new skills in the
