As everyone knows that motivation plays a vital role in success of an individual. A person who
wants to live healthy life should be stress free and should have positive thinking.
Do you feel stress while working?
Yes, it is stressful to work and make balance between personal and professional life. Along with
that when there workload I am unable to manage the work and feel stressed. It is not easy for me
manage stress.
What are the causes of your stress?
According to me there are number of stress causes which are related to behaviour of my
superiors and managers, negative working environment and many others.
What do you do in order to release your stress?
I use to smoke.
What kind of think do you smoke?
Cigarettes, weed, hash, E-Cigarettes and many other things.
Do you think indulging in these substances is the right solution to your problems ?
I genuinely do not know how to control my anxiety. Indulgence in smoking and alcohol allows
me to set myself free from stress for a little period of time. I know that what I am doing right
now will provide me with temporary release of tension but I cannot help myself as I feel that I
cannot do without these substances any more.
Would you like to do something about your current habits ?
Yes, I would like to quit smoking but the fact is that I am addicted to the same and do not know
what do with my current addiction.
So basically you are a housewife and mother of two children, so my question is that what is
your dream in life?
I want to see them grow old. Where they do not use smoking as stress releaser.
So, here I have idea, how to motivate you to reduce stress without smoking, here I am
suggesting you to not quit smoking directly but just think about your children. If you do
smoking, they will also learn this and can also use this in future as their mom use this.
What is definition of success according to you?
Success for me is in terms of money. I want to earn lots of money so that I can feed my family
and fulfil all of their desires. I also want to live a happy life. Financial rewards make me feel

happy and I am motivated more towards the work with the desire of getting money. This is
success in monetary terms. I also want to work effectively for the organisation happy and make
my boss fell proud.
Where do you see yourself in next 6 weeks?
Here, I will follow six steps in 6 weeks. In week 1, I will try to consume only 5 cigarettes per
day. In week 2, I will go for 4. In week 3, I will go for 3. In week 4, I will go for 1. And in week
5, I will consume only 3 cigarettes in whole week.
