Microsoft organization is an USA based global organization, which is established by Bill
Gates and Paul Allen on April 1975, on which the whole report is based (Microsoft Vision,
Mission and values, 2019). Its headquarter in Redmond, Washington. Its products and services
are software for personal computers and laptops, electronic products, and other related services.
Its foremost and famous products and services includes various types of windows, office suite,
internet browsers and web browsers. In this report the all of discussion is about the various
analysis regarding vision, mission and structure of organization as well as its strategies and
SWOT analysis.

Microsoft organization was registered on Sep. 22, 1993, which is a IT organization. The
organization works in the area of developing software, licences and support a variety of software
products, services and devices. The company is divided in into various parts such as productive
and related operations cloud and more PC's. The organization's production is all about operating
system, productivity applications, applications of server, applications for business solution,
tools for desktop and management of server, tools for software development, video and other
