INTRODUCTION
Organisation Theory is the sociological study of the system and operations of social
responsibility, considering companies and bureaucratic institutions. This includes the analysis of
the productivity and performance of business and the actions of the employees and groups

employees and structure along with the business leaders and their staff that motivate
productivity in the company. Study can use the theory of company in combining with studies of
company behaviour and human resources (Ojanen,2018). This essay is based on the Microsoft
firm which is an American multinational technical corporation which produces computer
software consumer electronics, personal computers and related services. Its headquarter is in
Redmond campus which is located in Washington. The company was founded in 1975 , April.
The founder of the company is Bill gates. The essay will explain about the organisational

span of the control along with the divisions of labor and system. This theory state that the
growth the business organisation is only possible by the growth of human capital working in the
management in which the operative level of working have been design. The organisational
