INTRODUCTION
Management is consider as one of the integral part of business on the basis of which
purpose and function has been running smoothly which allow them to accomplish their objective
in effective and efficient manner. Strategic level require to design proper framework in relation
to establishing policies, procedures and tactics which give the further direction for smooth
growth and for long sustainability of business (Authors/Task Force Members, & et. al. ,2012).
Under this assignment the company which is taken i.e. Microsystem Hi tech industry which is
Australia based telecommunication company established in 1990 and at that time it only
comprise 10 employees only but due to advance technology development in their organisation
structure and innovation now company consist of 75 employees but presently they are facing
various issues which need to be sorted out in order to sustain long term in competitive market.

Business Report
Under this scenario Microsystem which is Australia based telecommunication company come
into business sector at year 1990. Although at that time it comprises of few employees but after
manufacture and deploy high performance and high level technology using micro-electronics in
their mobile phone, play stations and towers that increase the strength of number of employees
without using more power consumption. Updation in digitalise products of new technology and
innovative ideas allow them to growth at rapid fast speed. But due to dynamic environment
changes are coming in rapid fast speed in form of choice, perception and thinking of customers
which induces business to alter their organisation structure which also affect on the needs,
requirement and culture of internal workforce. But due to advance technology there are different
innovation and digitalise technology coming in environment that induce new companies to incur
expenditure on research department so that they easily beat all the challenges of rivalry which
allow them to satisfy all the needs of customers. Apart from it, there are various issues and
problems which has been faced by organisation because of resistance behaviour of employees at
the time of making modification in the whole organisation structure which affect the culture,
working policies and legal regulation of business (Catapano, A. L., & et. al (2011).

Organisation structure can be define as process in which all the task, activities has been allocated
and better coordination cooperation is required in order to achieve all the organisational
objectives and aims. Their is need for company to update their organization working policies
according to the changing demand of external environment which allow them to grab external
opportunities and remove all the threats which help in increasing the sales and growth of
business at global level.
Issues faced by Microsystem company
Microsystem Hi tech telecommunication sector is fast growing economy comprises of 75
employees but presently they are facing different types of problems due to changing organization
structure because it affects on their daily needs and also impact on living standard of employees.
But in order to remain sustain in global market company need to formulate various policies and
strategies through which they make changes the internal corporate culture and enable them to
improve working performance of employees. Different elements and management functions of
organisation structure which must be consider by Microsystem Hi tech at the time of formulating
different practices of business discuss below:- Planning:- It is consider as foremost management function which need to be framed in
advance at the time of formulating policies and practices in order to carry out all the
purpose of business. For example Microsystem hi tech industry management need to plan
in advance regarding what activities they are going to conduct in future for better
decision making in their organisation structure. Organising:- Under this function of management company require to organise all the
activities related to delegating responsibility to subordinates on the basis of which it has
been clear out for employees that to whom the have to report after completion of task.
Therefore Microsystem need to regulate their organising process in systematic manner
for better outcomes. Commanding:- After giving an orders and instructions all the internal workforce know
exactly what exactly they have to handle so that all the activities has been carried out

essential that coordination and harmony has been maintained between all team members

compare standard performance and if any deviation arises then try to solve it by
formulating better solutions for better productivity and results in future.
Apart from different elements of organisation structure are:- Work specialisation:- Under this work has been divided among employees among their
employees according to their specialisation so that they put their efforts on completing all
the tasks at stated time period. For example Microsystem need to divide all the task
among engineers according to their interest area so better productivity has been emerged.
Departmentalisation:- Under this task and activities has been divided into different
departments according to common objectives and job are grouped together in the form of
functional, product, geographical and process basis. For example Microsystem IT based
telecommunication company adopt process specialisation in which task are arranged on
the basis of process adopted for manufacturing of mobiles.
Therefore, it is essential for Microsystem Hi tech industry to consider all the above points related
to management functions and elements of organisation structure in order to continue the growth
and sustainability in telecommunication sector.
Further, organization is also affected by dynamic environment in respect of changing taste,
preferences and choices of target audiences due to advanced technology and innovation arises in

external world that affect their working climate and attitude of employees become negative due
to less understanding of external modification come in the form of digitalisation and
technologies in respect of products and services. Further there are different internal and external
factors of environment that affect their working structure are described below:-

the working conditions and growth of business is related to the advance technology and
innovative gadgets coming in this sector. For example automation is one of the relevant

and facility. Further various telecommunication companies were installing fiber wire in
their builds over copper now and after that mobile phone become become more advance
that transform the telecom business into wireless industries. Further discovery of
smartphones in which various features like voicemail, SMS and caller ID that simplify
the working process of customers. Therefore, it is important for Microsystem to consider
all the advance techniques in their goods and services and used in their organisation
structure in order to remain sustainability in competitive market (Fuster, V., & et. al. ,
(2011). Legal factors:- Telecommunication sector is also impacted by various legal issues and
legislation like governments regulation, monopolies and changing customer demand.
Therefore it is essential for Microsystem Hi tech industry to adhere with all the legal laws
which facilitates importing exporting of telecom products and allow them to enhance
their growth at global level. Economic factor:- Factors like inflation, interest rate and taxation policy affect the whole
telecommunication sector and all the expenditure which were incurred pricing per plan
given to large audience and network or towers used in rural areas must be appropriate in
rural areas otherwise problems arises.
Corporate culture:- Culture consider as heritage of organisation which must be stable
according to the objectives and ethical beliefs of internal members because unethical
working practices affect the performance of employees and become negative from
organisation point of view. Therefore it is essential for Microsystem industry to establish
such corporate culture that make their organisation structure more better and efficient.
Apart from it, management theory that need to consider by Microsystem IT based technological

growth rate and how to manage further issue arises in business described below:- Division of work:- Under this management theory organisation need to divide their work
and task among different divisions according to the specialisation of employees so that
better productivity and efficiency can be achieved without error and confusion. If
Microsystem adopt this management theory that allow them for good planning and
organising of work in effective manner.

Unity of command:- This management principle state that employee can take order from
one boss only because order taken from different superior then it leads to lot of
coordination and conflicts in management working conditions. Therefore, Microsystem
must adopt this principle for maintenance of coordination and profitability in business. Unity of direction:- Under this management theory whole workforce must work for

brand value and goodwill for longer period.

Microsystem is growing up organisation so order to manage organisation structure in
future they need to understand all the changes coming in external environment related to
technology and innovation.
Further, for better efficiency and profitability it is important for company to innovate new
products and services that satisfy the niche requirement of target audience.
Microsystem comprises of 75 employees that can be retained only when policies and
culture are framed according to their suitability.
As member of management it has been recommended to the CEO of microsystem to
analyse in advance all the riskier factors and elements and take the corrective steps which
are relevant and used in order to reduces all the challenges and issues arising in future in
relation to growth and development of company.
