2.2 Midlife characteristically a time for evaluation, retrospection, introspection & dawning
awareness of time left to live
On the stage of the midlife, human begin are more substantially getting more serious
regarding their job instability, changes in relationship, illness, death along financial crisis along
with the events which might have force people for rearranging their lives at almost in any stage.
On the other hand some human being had start making choices to have the redefinition of
particular lives in their particular middle-age which may not be the results of sterotypicals as
they have the ant regarding the path the vision ans life purpose. Midlife criss. Midlife is a stage
have the confrontation of three challenges in the life's of an human being. These are
physiological challenges (losing strength, cardio, libido etc.), interpersonal challenges (parents
ageing or dying, children growing up) and intra personal challenges (dreams and ambitions in
our twenties do not materialize such as career, financial, family goals). All three challenges can
and need to be addressed when a trigger raises them. These events lads to have the introspection
in one lives that can be related to job loss, health scare, personal loss etc (Goddard And et.al.,
2016) If the self-introspection has not addressed, midlife challenges can lead into “mid-life
crisis”. When an introspection is undertaken it results in addressing the individual own
mortality, life span and a deeply inward desire to reveal the true “self”. This “true self” may be to
seek to be more authentic, be more spiritual, more compassionate, more courageous etc. and is
often the core focus in the second half of life. Burnout, distractions, changes in behaviour along
with other actions in midlife crisis can manifest them. Midlife characteristically a time for
dawning awareness of time left to live. As the tome has arrived to midlife, there is level of
realization among the human begins that the life will end soon and there is nothing given to your
family. There is that chasing of relevant stuff in the Steve the endless dissatisfaction. There is

the realization human being about that oe has the care about their problems (Diaz, And et.al.,
2016). They have to solve the problem on their own. The age of 50 years have turned out to be
the turning point where are many types of events that can trigger a midlife transition point, our
proprietary research indicates that none of them is more potent than turning 50. The new maths
of ageing suggests that the 40 or so remaining years are greater than the 50 already lived because
human being are getting more out of each year than ever before. The irrational psychology of
ageing never ceases to amaze. The human beings are going to have the experience multiple life
events that trigger the realization of advancing age. It may be time to retire the term "midlife
crisis" for language that better reflects the new emotions and dynamics of increased longevity.
