Human Development 1
Introduction
The human development approach focuses on improving, expansion, advancement,
and enlarging people’s freedom and opportunities, and improving their well-being. Human
development is about the real freedom of life that common people enjoy and decide who to
be, what to do, and how to live (Crandell, Crandell, & Zanden, 2011). Middle aged peoples
are the pillar of the family, so they have to take number of decisions on their life and about
their family too. With all the freedoms and rights these people have to face a great deal of
responsibility. But these middle aged people need supports of other family members and right
guidelines on their rest of life to make their life beautiful. These peoples are mature enough
and they have to take lots of decision that has an impact on their future life. Some of the
decision turn out to be, others not. So, these people of the family should try to avoid mistakes
that ruin their life (Knowles, Holton & Swanson, 2012).
Advice for middle-aged adults
If I had the possibility to meet these middle aged peoples of the family, these are the
advice I would like to give:
Belief in you: These people always feel hopeless when they face failure in their life.
So, they need encouragement and confidence in their life. If you ever feel bore, depress or
hopeless, talk to your life partner or friends, they will definitely support you. So, talk to them
about your problems.
Do not worry so much: Worrying is only a waste of time, so being worry about
something unnecessary is giving headaches. Do not worry about anything even about the
failure. If something troubles you then by all means: get up and do something about your
problems.
Avoid those people who criticise you: There’s always a better you inside, and being
encourage to be that person will help it come out. So always encourage yourself and others
too. Always maintain a distance with those people who criticise you and do not spent your
valuable time to prove that you are not wrong.
Enjoy with your family: As a middle-aged people, there are number of
responsibilities but you people should not forget that there is also a sweet family to take care
of. Therefore, these people should spend some time with their families.
Don’t blame others for your mistakes and take responsibility of your fault: If you
are doing something wrong you should not blame others rather you have to take
responsibility for your fault and always try to learn from your mistakes and you should try to
eliminate these faults from your rest of life.

Other guidelines for the middle aged adult people:
Always take care of your health
Keep learning
Cherish your family and related ones
Do not run away from your dreams, set goals for yourself and achieve them.
Find something you love to do and enjoy it.
Conclusion
So, it can be concluded that the middle aged people have to bear more responsibilities
for full-fill, in comparing to other person of the family and they have to also take care of their
families. But if they follow the above guidelines they will be happy and can face any problem
