Research question
How hygiene factors impact on employee motivation to stay or leave in Mihomecare?
The main objective of this study was to identify major hygiene factors that impact on
employee's motivation. It has also discussed about necessary measures that can help in
reducing labour turnover in the organization. Hygiene factors impact on motivation level of
workers to great extent. If workers are facing issues related to salaries, securities then it can
demotivate them. These elements affect physiology of capable staff members and their mind
gets changed towards the organization. Health care plan, job security, healthy working
environment can create positive environment and by this way people will stay in the
workplace for longer duration. It encourages them to contribute well in the success of entity.
That assists in improving their performance level and effective utilization of their skills.
On other hand it is analysed that if company provides these facilities to all workers then
those who are unable to performance well and not loyal towards the brand, they will also get
benefit of these facilities. That may also increase cost of the organization. For that it is
essential that entity take cares of all these hygienes factors but it needs to give benefit to good
employees those who can support well in accomplishing goal of the organization. Human
resource manager needs to identify performance of each staff members and accordingly it
should provide facilities to them.

Researcher will select participants on random bases. Random sampling is the technique that
can support in choosing respondents from population. This process is free from biass thus it

hygiene factors on employee's motivation in the workplace. Scholar will choose 100
employees of Mihomecare for the present study. They will be identified and recruited on
random bases.
