Introduction
The United States military has different divisions that utilize the technological
systems in the day to day operations. This segregation also includes the S6 unit level
department, that is mostly responsible for the communication system within the military
system and helps in the maintenance of the electronic systems including the management of
the electronic devices (Park & Lee, 2017). Following would be the representation of the
project proposal for the upgrading of these technological equipment for the Military S6
Information Systems.
Description of the project and the rationale
The primary requirement of any sort of communication that happens in the military
systems is the accurate sharing of signals. The accuracy that it requires has to have the best
technology utilized and a continuous along, since it includes the transmission of information
with the help of any reconnaissance to contacting with the enemies to the prompt exercising
of the commands and instructions by the subordinated from the commanders (Sneps-Sneppe,
2017). The military communications in the S6 level department utilizes all forms of the
communication methods such that the technology used requires to be the best possible
services and also needs to be upgrading constantly being the superior communication services
underpinning the best resource utilization.
This is why, the research is extremely important to have a comparative view on the
idea behind the upgraded telecommunication methods that the United States military S6
division needs to consider for the best telecommunication service to be implemented in the
system.

Identification of the stakeholders and estimation of their benefit project
The stakeholders that would be involved in this would include both the internal and
the external stakeholders that would be directly and indirectly affected by the outcome of the
project. This will include the whole military including the S6 division and the other
executives serving for the military. This will also include the people who are indirectly
associated with the outcome of the project, that is, the people of United States, whose safety
is regarded as the primary consideration of the military.
An overview of the proposed project
The proposed project is looking forward to upgrading the telecommunication system
and devices from the ones that are right now being used in the S6 division. This is because
the technological advancements that are ongoing all around the world has been implementing
various new telecommunication systems with advanced system and security features
(Kramer, Butler & Lotrionte, 2016). Both these factors are extremely important for the
military and needs to be implemented as well to help a much more advanced and secure
network of communication.
Resource requirements for the project
The resources required for this project is used for the upgrading of the
telecommunications system for the S6 military level can be listed as follows:
 Military personnel handling the communication system
 Traditional Facilities for the system
 Communication facilities and devices
 Upgraded electronic equipment
 Materials and supplies
 Proper government funding

 Information regarding the traditional and the upgraded information system

Assembling: The assembling will be requiring the input of all the electronic
considerations according to the requirement and the upgradation procedure with the help of
the project team and the military personnel in responsibility of the project.
Development: The development will be subjected to the growth of the project team
and the idea of the upgradation to the next level telecommunication device and services
(Khalili, 2018).
Management: The entire military S6 division would be under the responsibility of
managing the entire procedure and project.
Importance of project sponsorship and project leadership during project
execution
The project needs resources about the financial sponsorship as it is extremely
important to set up the upgradation system as it is totally relied on the national security
system. The traditional forms may fall short of providing absolute security after a certain
period of time where the technological division has upgraded further.
Leadership is utmost important for this as there is no room for any mistake in this
matter.
