responsibility no longer meet their expectation. This research basically focuses on how young
millennials who are looking forward to develop up their career. This represent that employers no
longer afford to pay lip-services to important issues like sustainability and equality. So it is the
responsibility of employers to tackle such situation and retain their workers for their company. If
it is compared between employees then purpose led business are found to be three times more
productive than average workforce. Workers tend to be more enthusiastic and energetic as when
they contribute a big picture to the company. Whereas, millennials are treated as a big picture
thinkers. It is not more enough for companies to look socially ethical on the surface along with
this they have to incorporate their purpose driven attitude if they want to appeal to millennial
workforce. Strong team ethos is considered as a lifeblood of successful business. In order to
achieve a common vision, a business must truly motivate its workforce in order to accomplish
organizational goal. shareholder and owners shows their interest in expect of return. Moreover,
employees can also be motivated when they will get to know that even a small percentage of
their time and effort are going into socially good causes for the business and for their own self.
