generation that comes, come with a level of entitlement of their own but sometimes, problem
arises as a misalignment of the mindset occurs and end up will a barrier that includes “we
versus them”.
It is very necessary to have a knowledge of both the positive and negative aspect of the
entitlement only then the organization would be able to manage the extremities. The thing
that must be kept in mind is it is all about the habit of doing the best and not how comfortably
one does it. Success comes to those who do not wait for the opportunities to come rather who
grab it.
Methodology:
The authors of this article has used secondary data collection method and have given
authentic clarification and justification to the research done. A data is regarded as secondarily
collected if takes any references for completing his or her research work (Johnston 2017).
The only short coming or limitation associated with this article is that it does not have any

primary source of collecting data as a result, it becomes difficult to get the desired outcome
(Burns, Bushand and Sinha 2014).
Though the method saves time yet it becomes difficult to analyse sometimes and data
may also become out of date. Reconstruction of data is the biggest problem here as the
researcher may change or edit the data collected on his own way and then present it.
However, this article has given a very crisp and precise information.
Limitations:
Problems associated with entitlement are many:
There is a demand to pay high to the millennial since their belief is they worth more
than their colleagues for no descriptive knowledge.
They are the rule breakers as they are not afraid of anyone and they feel they can
ignore the norms and regulations.
Sometimes, a special treatment or privilege is demanded as they believe they are
superior then anyone.
The scenario of entitlement relies on the belief some resources are deserved to a particular
one and not to everyone. Entitlement can also be seen where people do not compromise or
they don’t have the ability to compromise, and a behavior of superiority remains throughout.
It is important to go through both the aspects of the problem and do a self-assessment to
understand the message better and work accordingly then to look at the opportunities in order
to prevent all the negative sense of the entitlement.
