profits and competitive advantage. Other than that, it has been studied that the environmental
conditions of the country are not very table as it is highly prone to natural calamities and
disasters. This may turn out to be a major disadvantage for the hotel company. This is for the
reason that, natural calamities may restrict the visitors to visit the country; thereby, affecting the
profitability and income of the company. Furthermore, the bargaining power of the suppliers is
low. Therefore, it can be stated that, the company can easily avail necessary supplies for its
business.
