INTRODUCTION
E portfolio also known as digital portfolio is the sum or collection of electronic
evidences that is managed by user, usually on the web (Aaker, 2020). Such kinds of electronic
evidences includes the input text, electronic files, image and many more. Respective report is
based on the various kinds of electronic evidences that provides knowledge and information by
adding values in individuals life such as referencing, skills that make employable, plagiarism
and many more. Further it consisted the way mini projects contributes towards the development
of individual’s employability.

Presentation skill: Respective skills are the effective way to deliver the knowledge and
information to engage variety of audiences to the information. Respective kind of skill concerned
with the number of areas such as structure of presentation, designing and informative content of
slides, tone of voice and body language that directly attract the audience to fulfill the objective in

SWOT analysis: SWOT is the internal analysis tool that used in context of both the organization
and for individual to acknowledge the internal strength and weakness to improve the abilities.
Respective tool proved very much beneficial for accessing the business environment for building
effective kind of strategies and tactics to remain competitive in business environment. For a
student to make oneself employable required to adopt the SWOT analysis by using it an
individual can evaluate one’s skills and capabilities and areas of improvement in potential
manner.
Note taking: Note taking is one of most important skills in today’s very hectic world, as people
surrounded with number of activities. Due to lot of work and schedule they sometimes forget to
pay attention on important aspects. In that situation note taking skill proved beneficial in setting
the prioritize and allot specific time to accomplish the tasks and duties in potential manner. in the

same manner it used in corporate world to make notes of important aspects and way to
accomplish the same in order to remain competitive in marketplace.
Interview: Interview is the kind of structured conversation in which one participant ask

communication, potential delegation of work and responsibilities, good leadership, focus on
goals and objectives and cultural diversity. It is required to have the knowledge for a student the
effective formation of team for obtaining potential kind of role and responsibilities.
Cover letter: Cover letter, covering letter or motivation letter is the kind of letter attached with
the other document such as with resume or CV. It is very important to have the knowledge of
subject matter included with the cover letter is specific knowledge of contact section, a salutation
the introduction of hiring manager and information regarding the reason an individual qualified
for the job, the closing and signature. For a student required to have the knowledge about cover
letter and its significance to achieve potential outcomes.
