INTRODUCTION
E portfolio also known as digital portfolio is the sum or collection of electronic
evidences that is managed by user, usually on the web (Aaker, 2020). Such kinds of electronic
evidences includes the input text, electronic files, image and many more. Respective report is
based on the various kinds of electronic evidences that provides knowledge and information by
adding values in individuals life such as referencing, skills that make employable, plagiarism
and many more. Further it consisted the way mini projects contributes towards the development
of individual’s employability.

How and why the mini project workshops contributed towards development of
employability.
Project based learning is very much important for an organization as well as individual,
as it provides the opportunities for the students to accumulate or drive their own learning
(Bianchi and Tallon, 2019). Mini project workshops also teaches the skills that is very much
significant for employability includes problem solving in addition to develop the additional
skills in the future includes critical thinking and time management. With the help of respective

responsibility, planning, reasoning and creativity. With the help of mini projects that not only

above discussion it has been evaluated that for an individual mini project workshops directly

with the number of areas such as structure of presentation, designing and informative content of
slides, tone of voice and body language that directly attract the audience to fulfill the objective in
potential manner (Dunst, 2019). it is very much potential for an individual to put focus on
enhancement of respective skills as it contributes in engaging with the business goals and
objectives by defining works and activities. For a student it is very much potential to develop the
presentation skill in oneself as it enhance the chances of employability in near future.
SWOT analysis: SWOT is the internal analysis tool that used in context of both the organization
and for individual to acknowledge the internal strength and weakness to improve the abilities.
Respective tool proved very much beneficial for accessing the business environment for building
effective kind of strategies and tactics to remain competitive in business environment. For a
student to make oneself employable required to adopt the SWOT analysis by using it an
individual can evaluate one’s skills and capabilities and areas of improvement in potential

Note taking: Note taking is one of most important skills in today’s very hectic world, as people
surrounded with number of activities. Due to lot of work and schedule they sometimes forget to

the other document such as with resume or CV. It is very important to have the knowledge of
