The recent issues of the Canadian mining industry has been taken a significant role in the
recent time. The three main issues regarding the research question are:
 The human rights issue that have been associated with the Canadian mining industries
have been severely criticized in the recent time due to the long term impact that it has on
the health on the individuals and the basic human rights. The long term health impacts
include the violations of the rights of the indigenous people, the issue of forced
displacement and the harm inflicted on the local communities. The indigenous mining
sectors of Canada has contributed to the large number of human rights abuses around the
globe in the recent world. This clearly states the fact that the mining activities in Canada
should conform to the norms of the basic human rights standards. The mining activities
should also conducted in such a manner that it accompanies with itself the least level of
the violation of the human rights and the abuses or the certain form of injuries inflicted
on the people due to irrational form of mining.
 The second issue is the environmental harm that is caused by the mining sector of
Canada. The increase in the issues of the mining activity in the recent time has resulted in
the contamination of the rivers, the increase in the rate of the deforestation and the
impoverishment of the communities that can endanger the health of the people residing in
the nearby areas. The irrational mode of the mining activity has also resulted in the
sudden disruption in the water cycle and the overall hydrological balance The mining
activities often result in the certain environmental hazards like decrease in the level of the
ground water table and the other hydrological extremities.(Marques 2018).
 The third issue of the mining industry in Canada is regarding the issue of the alternate
financing. The alternative finance market of Canada has however experienced a

considerable growth in the past few periods which has seen a sudden increase in the
market volume of the alternate form of financing that will lead to the alternative finance
system in Canada. The industrial participants will influence the growth trajectory in
Canada that is still continuing in the recent years after the mining industries reached to
the new height (Rodon 2018). The funding for the different form of mining activities
should be well regulated so that it results in the proper allocation of the funds in the
mining sector in eth specialized activities.
 In order to meet the increase in the demand, the new form of alternative market will
accompany the new market companies along with the top finance companies of Canada.
The Canadian government should also have proper laws and regulations for the people
involved in the mining sector and getting injured sector. (Smirnov et.al 2018).
