ASSESSMENT CENTRE PRACTICE –
In my interview with the company there were many factors which helped me to get selected
but there were also some problems which I faced while giving the interview. I also
experience some analytical issues in taking the decisions making for the question asked by
the interviewer. I also faced answering some questions as it was not in my knowledge but I
replied that I don't know the answer. This explained the interviewer that I am having the
manners in communicating to seniors and also sense of awareness.
The interviewer asked me the reason of my application in this company and what is my
vision for this company if I get selected. There were five interviewers In the boardroom each
of them asked me different types of questions. The interviewer also asked me to write an
essay about a given topic to check my thinking skills and also the English writing and
vocabulary. I also tried to portray myself what I am truly and not hide any of my flaw as I
have to work in the company and sooner or later the interviewer will find out that I am not
efficient, and they can also terminate me.
