Toyota uses internet in a large manner for online promotion of its products because they
know that now a day’s people are more switching to the online investigation of the product and
they are more interested in the recent trends which appear in a digitalised manner and therefore,
the company’s presence over the networks and the internet are in a wider form (Hassan and
Mathiassen, 2018).
Review of the Toyota’s practices aligned towards IR 4.0
Toyota has used Industrial revolution 4.0 in manufacturing its products as it contains the
advanced technology technical raw materials which furnishes the product functionality at a good
and bread level of production of the products. Its industrial revolution practices have aligned its
sales and revenue generations in an increased manner with a good net profit per annum.

Overview of agile approaches in the deployment of MIS
Agile approach in management information system development defines as the stages of
the software development which requires the continuous improvement of the software at each
and every stage of the system. This reduces the chances of bugs and errors in a software because
it is being prepared under the continuous guidance of the client for better perfection and
deployment of the whole integrated system of management information system (Jenkin, Chan
and Sabherwal, 2019).
Introduction of an operational plan for transforming current practices
Operational plan of the company for transforming the current practices is the basic
change management plan by the leaders and managers in an organization. Change such as

employee benefits strategies for proper retention of the, marketing strategies for more sales
generations, operations like total quality management, just in time approach or inventory
management are all essential for the necessary transformation of the current practices in the
company (Uğur and Hamit Turan, 2019).
Description of measurable key performance indicators for the agile MIS approach
Key performance indicators for the agile MIS approach in an organization are such as
smooth functioning of the software, working speed of the software, effectiveness of each and
every feature of the software without any bugs or errors and the most important key performance
indicator is the user friendly software and less energy consuming with an appropriate
sustainability of the system.

CSR)
Reflection on the ethical impact of the Toyota’s operations
In some cases, there are positive impact of ethics in an organization and in some cases
negative impact as well. Management information system should not provide any data pr

it must be accessible to some authorised person only because this can affect the ethics of the
company’s operations.

Company has used the biometrics system in its management information system software
so that authentication can be maintained in a proper way and moreover passwords are also kept
strong as per the needs and requirements of the level of privacy needed by the system and the

Corporate social responsibility in association with the company has followed in a practical
manner specially in terms of sustainability related to the green computing in the management
