Every organization needs up gradations to their primitive methods of business, in this
dynamically changing world (asd). Accordingly, alternations are also required in the business
process techniques of Latureae, which would improve the current state and, meet the
objectives for betterment. ‘Agile’ project’s name is mentionable in the following aspect. The

from the primary and secondary activities (activities & sub-activities), the following
recommendations can be suggested. Also, new introductory options to flexible working
measures, on-going training and social connections support the decreasing percentage of the
employee turnover rate. Finally, a prime recommendation of a performance management
software (like, Keka) is eminently useful, to track and measure the employee’s progress.
The implementation of agile methodologies, in any organization questions the close
connection to the customers and the value importance of the business techniques.
Contrastingly, most of the companies, nowadays, are aimed on outcomes, than
methodologies. The process starts with defining the problem, working on the
processes and, lastly creating appropriate products to improve the organization’s
online presence, in various levels. To Latureae, firstly, the revenue models needs
advancement. To achieve the same, cloud based services such as SaaS (Software as a
Service) can be inherited, to charge the consumers in a monthly manner, ignoring
buy-and-later-update model, to a utility based one. Offers to volume discounts can be
implemented through the usage of APIs, to create a different pricing model, via
technological usage. The use of API has already been a side-business to many
organizations, to create a large basis of revenue (asd).
Secondly, the employee turnover rate, needs to be resolved as it is a beneficial factor
to improve Latureae’s costs and morale. Providing employees to access their
SMART objectives, would create more engagement in the minds of the employees,
by giving them the ownership of the objectives, and making them feel valuable to the
team. Frequent and regular discussion of performances, act as the agile performance
management’s core-feature to improve the employee turnover (asd). It provides
employees with opportunities to deliver questions and feedback; and, enhances the
development of better relationship between the employees and the managers. Also,

new introductory options to flexible working measures, on-going training and social
connections support the decreasing percentage of the employee turnover rate (Myers,
2016). Finally, a prime recommendation of a performance management software
(like, Keka) is eminently useful, to track and measure the employee’s progress,
objectives and training, while enabling agile processes and ensuring productivity.
Measuring the social media’s influence on a company’s brand awareness, bottom line
and related conversion metrics, in a business is considerably complicated.
Responsibly, Google Analytics (or other analytics package) with an individual social
media stage’s combined, provides a prominent picture of the social media impacts,
however is not enough. Analytics software, called Cyfe (shown in Figure 1),
provides an aggregation of social media data to provide certain areas of
improvement, and the premium software shares the company’s website to the
relatable customers, who would seem to find interest on the Latureae’s business
offers. Those areas can be identified, and further resolved. Hence, the social media
campaigns can be developed and improved.

The introduction of new data management systems are always said to produce new
scopes of improvement in any organization. Relatively, the use can be felt important
to the Latureae business processes as well. Agile software development can be used
to provide an evolutionary technique for self-organization and collaboration among
high-quality systems, to achieve the dynamic requirements in a time and cost
effective manner. The introduction of new information systems, can store, manage
and use data, according to the company’s needs. Thus, it is a necessary requirement,
to measure the techniques and results, under collaborative and qualitative testing
methods, while adopting the lean approach to the data management (goverence).
Customer relationship maintenance is always a major criterion to be satisfied by any
company. For the extents of the Latureae, the use of Agile Customer Relationship
Management software would produce better satisfaction levels to the consumers. The

It further avoids leaks of data and enables the consistency in messaging (
Kadiri et al., 2016). It is also a mobile-ready, simple and fast to use. Moreover, the
software will produce benefits to more deals with each-page contact management,
automate scheduling, follow ups and invites and enhance the project management
scopes of the company. Also, the quality of providing ramified sales are also
included, to win in competition and collaboration levels, for achieving better results.
The overall aim of using such technology is to improve the customer base and trust
on the respective brand of Latureae.
Thus, the following innovations and strategies to new development plans, may influence and
enhance business role of the company and their officials. Accordingly, systems and software
are required to be upgraded with appropriate relevance to the agile methodologies. The
correct implementation of plans, to the required steps are eminent to strengthen the objectives
of Latureae. However, deep monitoring is necessary to maintain the continuance of the
strategies, in a balanced level.
Conclusion:
Thus, it can be concluded that, for one of the businesses for developing the activities
belong to the business, which is able to offer value. As stated by Mettler and Winter (2016),
The application that is related to the information system of the enterprise are able to help for
providing deal with the massive amount of data which are capable of supporting one of the
organization and the organizations can also help to offer quality service. In addition, it is so

quality with the customers, so that the organization’s value can be improved. The activities
that can be considered as the sub-activities which are associated with the secondary and
primary activities of the Latureae company that is being taken into within the account, so that

contemporary within the company. For ensuring that one analysis about the information, the
system of the enterprise is made of. Some of the recommendations are offered for Latureae so
that, the offered value can be managed to the customers (Porter & Kramer, 2019). Hence, it
can be concluded that the two factors are able to help the Latureae for attaining every
objective that are related to the operational business in this market of business. The model
analysis provides that the ability for strengthening the value of Latureae by the improvement
of the sustainable practises of it.
