Latureae is known for providing the health care and wellness products and services. The
objective of Latureae is to develop the sustainable products and help the people in the wellness.
The organization is in emerging state. The organization has recently adopted some operational
and strategic objectives for the improvement of the business. In order to achieve these activities
there is a need for the identification of the primary activities and secondary activities. Primary
activities are considered as essential activities for the expansion of the business. On the other
hand secondary activities are essential activities for the fulfillment of primary activities. The
value chain model for the business of Latureae is developed through Porter’s value chain model.
2. Application of Porter’s Value chain model for Latureae
Value Chain:
In order to deliver the valued services and products to the consumers, the processes are
needed to be defined as valued process for the organization. Through the value chain model the
identification of the valued processes can be achieved. In order to develop the value chain
management the identification of the primary and secondary activities are needed to be done.
Definition of primary and secondary activities

of the consumers are valuable for Latureae. The consumer base of Latureae are supermarkets,
medical shops and health care organizations. Apart from that the organization is currently selling
the products through online e-commerce ehich does not need much professional supports.
Another valued asset for the organization is the skilled employees. The proper handling
of the functionalities in the organization are done by skilled employees. This adds the quality in
