The organisation has directly gone above the concept of local guidelines using
benchmarking all the items, which are produced with the model implementation in the UK,
USA, Sweden, Finland and the world health organisation (Drucker 2017). The purpose of the
report is to take into consideration the above case study and conduct different types of
analysis relating to the case study. In the concept of serving the people, there can be different
types of challenges and hurdles, which could be faced by the organisation, which are majorly
discussed in the report.

The organisation work closely with the children dietician to develop the highest level
and standard of the products and ensure that the product, which is manufactured, and the
service, which are given, support the children health and lower the risk factor, which is
applicable for the lifestyle-related diseases. The recipes, which are involved in the concept,
are continuously improving and adjusted upon and the evaluation of the nutrition are
performed on the meal, which is main at the lunch as well as during the period of snacks. The
organisation also takes into consideration the need for the individual children who have food
allergies or diabetes.
