Respected Mam,
My name is Ram Teja Kadiyala, and I am a student in your class, and the purpose behind
writing this letter is to elucidate the importance and the outcome of the learning course and to
provide you with a short description of mine.
Background
I am from a city named Vijayawada which is in Andhra Pradesh, India. After my
schooling, I went to earn my graduation at Usha Rama College of Engineering and Technology
where I have studied B-Tech with pursuing IT course. Then right now I’m pursuing my master’s
course MIT in Networking at Central Queensland University.
Interests
I like being around with people. In my free time, I try out testing my skills with the help
of solving critical case studies to enhance my problem-solving capability. I enjoy studying books
to gain as much of knowledge I can, then doing yoga to keep myself fresh and active throughout
the day. I also find my interest in swimming and other social activities.

Work experience
After completing all the studies, then with my interest, I have undertaken projects on e-
commerce and worked with UK and US projects to earn experience and evaluate the outcomes
and learn things practically. It helped to grab self-confidence to confront critical situations and
enhance my communication skill.
Goals
At present, my goals with the course are to initiate on developing significant skills and
abilities to help the surrounding people, committees, industries or government.
The growing importance and need for Information and Communication Technology
(ICT) becoming essential in business/organisations all over the globe. It is becoming useful in
the daily practices of the businesses to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.
Teamwork can be defined as the willingness to combine a group of people to accomplish the
contribution together towards achieving a common objective. The teamwork skills which will be
demonstrated in the course ahead will help me in various ways to sharpen my skills and abilities
to benefit the organisation processes. The group projects will be more efficient and enhanced
with the help of technology as it will enable the group members to communicate using emails,
video conferencing and instant messaging by reducing the travel time and conflicts arising due to
miscommunication. This learning outcome will help me to share my data and information
conveniently with the other members of the groups from any location. It will give me the
knowledge to access data quickly and open in any format of the file and will eliminate the issue
of having different word processing programs. This skill will insist the ability to work in an
environment where teamwork is important and it will mirror the workforce requirements.
