MIT Executive MBA (responding to why I am pursuing the MIT Executive MBA now ),
Influence( response to what has influenced my decision) and Contribution( response to what
I will contribute to MIT community and classmates)
In part two, I have organized my response using three aspects which are; change
(response to when I introduced an idea and that brought changes), barriers (response to
barriers faced) and consideration (factors considered).

The choice is triggered by an urge in erecting businesses that will foster values both
globally and socially, which will be actualized through serving as a Senior Executive leader.
It is also my desire to fill my current state and future desired goals, which are in line with

I have interacted with NBA alumni and also heard on how they handle business issues
professionally even when the underlying problem is harsh. My passion for influencing better
values in organizations and socially will be realized through exposure to a particular
education system, and I have high hopes in the NBA system (Bellini, Maga, & Rizzo, 2016)
. I have a desire in changing the narrative in my organization, which should be
gradual but with immediate effect through achieving an MBA. Management of a large and
robust organization requires special skills concerning innovations, utilization of resources,
and motivation of employee calls for an objective mindset.
To achieve these desires and outcomes, I need skills through learning and getting
knowledge on multi-disciplinary methodologies from my classmates, faculty, and personal

During my work experience, I came across the innovation of new digital product
where I played a vital role in product development. I shared an idea about the digitization of
product in a different version, and upon implementation, the result was increased revenue
through winning prospective customers. I want to expand my knowledge and skills and apply

current employees for new technology but the sense took a long period before approval.
