ABSTRACT
Maintaining health and safety within any organization is highly essential to keeping
hygiene working environment as well as enhancing satisfaction level of customers. Both CSR
and health and safety policies effects several business practices as well as key stakeholders of
company. There are various functions which are required to be managed properly such as fire
safety, risk assessments, first aid, accidental reporting, work equipment’s, hazardous substances,
manual handling and other workplace issues. In this regards, the present is based on the
Metropolitan K9 Services LTD (MK9) which works closely in partnership and deliver quality
security services to all its customers through a team of highly trained personnel. Further, effect of
health and safety policies of Metropolitan K9 Services LTD and the key stakeholders is being
determined in this study. Safety and health policies are specific to each individual organization as
it is totally based on the hazards and risks present in the system. For the same, it is highly
essential for organization to follow systematic hazard identification and risk assessment. There
are various health and safety policies which clearly show the commitment that safety and health
legislation will be complied. Moreover, the company is generating global brand equity through
corporate social responsibility to key stakeholders.
Further, this present study clearly shows the effect of health and safety policies of
Metropolitan K9 Services LTD and the key stakeholders. In addition to this, by the way of
framing most suitable questions in the questionnaire survey appropriate information regarding
CSR and health and social policies of Metropolitan K9 Services LTD as well it impact on
stakeholders can be identified. For this, 10 managers of company have been selected. On the
basis of this survey analysis and appropriate findings it has been concluded that CSR and health
and safety policies affects several business practices as well as key stakeholders of company.
With the help of this, organization can identify that how safety will be managed within an

environment. By the way of following health and safety policies they are able to keep hygiene
