Introduction
The paper will demonstrate an understanding of the marketing plan of Uno Home Loans. It will
describe three key marketing metrics that will help in evaluating the effectiveness of the
marketing recommendations. These systems and tools will be helpful in the present and future
marketing decisions of the company. It will also discuss the relevant marketing metrics for the
systems or tools.
Marketing Metrics
The monitoring and control systems/tools monitor all the metrics and tasks essential to make sure
that the authorized and the approved project is within on budget, time and scope. It helps the
project to proceed with less risk (Davis, 2018). The different types of monitoring and controlling
systems/ tools that would be suitable for Uno Home Loans are as follows:
Change control system
It is a system that could be adapted to fulfill the necessary purpose of ensuring that the procedure
of making changes is done without thought and arbitrarily, rather it is ultimately signed off and
carefully determined by a responsible party (Wilson, 2016). It focuses upon the particular
components included in making decisions to postpone, reject or approve any changes.
Pulseway system
It is a monitoring and management system designed for networks that involve recovery system,
intrusion detection, and antivirus built in. It helps in managing all the aspects of business
efficiently and effectively.
The Metasystem
The Meta system is determined to be a toolkit that helps in assisting in the development of
reliable reactive systems like, reliable distributed applications, tool integration systems,
debugging systems and distributed monitoring. The Meta facilitates a service that could be
monitored and controlled like, an instrumented application.
The marketing metrics that can be used for the system or tool is goal metrics that have
established the principle that performance and strategy goals require to be measurable. This

particular metrics will help Uno Home loans to determine the purpose of performance
management, goal setting, and strategic management (Gunasekaran, Irani, Choy, Filippi &
Papadopoulos, 2015). This could also be utilized by the organization for optimization, problem-
solving and decision-making. This metrics would help evaluate the effectiveness of the
marketing plan recommendations.

These monitoring and control systems are relevant tools as it will help Uno Home Loans to take
appropriate actions and measure performance to ensure that the business is on the right track to
meet its objectives. On the other hand, the systems will help evaluate the recommended
strategies by developing a control process to minimize the need for crisis management and take
advantage of opportunities. It will also help the company to understand the project's progress
better.
Critical reflection
The assessments provided with a piece of appropriate knowledge regarding different marketing
processes such as situational analysis, segmentation, targeting and positioning, and marketing
mix along with marketing metrics. The situational analysis of Uno Home Loans provided with
the knowledge of organizations weaknesses, strengths, goals, and target market, analysis of

information regarding the position of the organization and its product. It also describes the
external factors that affect the industry in executing its business within an environment.
On the other hand, segmentation, targeting, and positioning of Uno Home Loans provided an
understanding of the identified group of customers, selecting the appropriate segments to serve
the products and implementing appeal and images to selected segments (Callicott, Scherer &
Wesolek, (Eds.). 2015). It helped in gathering information related customers demand based
demographic, psychographic, behavioral and geographic variables.
Moreover, the marketing mix of Uno Home Loans helped in gaining knowledge about the set of
tactical and controllable marketing tools based on the product, price, place, and promotion. The
marketing tools help Uno Home Loans to create the desired response from its target customers
(Jami Pour, Hosseinzadeh, Bagherzadeh Azar & Taheri, 2017). It possesses everything needed
by the company to influence the demand for its goods.
Furthermore, the marketing metrics helped in gathering relevant knowledge about the monitoring
and controlling systems that will help in making the appropriate decision. The marketing metrics
will help determine strategic management (Gunasekaran et al., 2015).
Conclusion
The paper helped in describing the three marketing monitoring tools/systems such as, Meta
system, pulse way system and change control system that helps in monitoring and controlling the
systems of Uno Home Loans. It also discussed goal metrics that help in measuring performance
management and strategic management. It also discussed the aspects that have been learned from
the assessments.
