Introduction
Innovation plays an essential role in the economy. It offers advantages to the citizens
as both workers and the consumers. It is important to develop better jobs, creating a society
that is greener and upgrading the quality of life. In the global market, the policy of innovation
is the interface between the development policy that is technological and research and the
policies of industries and it aims to develop a framework that is conducive in order to bring
the ideas to market. The report discussed about the development of the innovation policy for
the MMI Professional Innovation Pty Ltd.
Purpose
The purpose of this report is to develop an innovation policy for the MMI
Professional Education Pty Ltd. This organization offers education those are the VET
accredited and non-accredited courses of business to the clients those are corporate
(Etzkowitz and Zhou 2017). The innovation policy is to be developed in order to make the
workplace innovative and to make the product innovative. The strategic plan of the company
also need to be discussed before the innovation polices are developed.
Definition
The innovation policy includes the generation of idea and the recognition of
opportunity required to take benefit of the opportunities of market in order to introduce a new
market, service or products (Mazzucato 2018). Any kind of product, business or service may
be used. There are various types of innovation polices are to be developed. These include
product innovation, procedure innovation, management innovation and marketing innovation.

Objectives
The objectives are to develop the strategic plan of the company MMI Professional
Education Pty Ltd. After developing the strategic plan, the innovation policies of the
company is to be developed so that the company can innovate new ideas and products,
innovate procedures and other innovation to make the company increase its revenue by
providing services to its corporate and local clients.
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the project manager of the company to distribute the roles
and responsibilities to the various employees in the company MMI Professional Education
Pty Ltd. The responsibility of product innovation is to be given to the employees’ who deals
with the products of the company. The development of procedure innovation must be
allocated to the employee that deals with the processes of the company. The development of
the marketing innovation of policies must be allocated to the employees who do the
marketing of the products of the company. The development of the management innovation
policies are to be allocated to the members of the administration of the company as the
administration department manages the Company.
Procedures
The procedures for the development of the policies are to be done by the company. It
includes whether there is a requirement for the guidance about how the policies will be
developed and by whom. The product innovation policies are to be developed by the
employee that deals with the products of the company and it should be consist of the
innovative products that will help the customers (Cunningham et al 2019). The process
innovation policy is to be developed by the employee that handles the process of the
company. The policy will consist of the improvement of the procedures and the way it will

of the policies. The main resources those are required for the formulation of the policies
include the people. The people are the most important resources that are required while
developing the policies. Another resource that is important in order to support the innovation
is time (Berger and Kuckertz 2016). The law of resources call the business to assign various
equipments for the purpose of innovation and developing the innovation policies. The most
crucial resource in order to develop the policies of innovation is money and it is required to
purchase the items those are required to formulate the innovation policies.
Recognition and Celebration

developed by the various employees and the managers. These people will be provided with
proper recognition as they are developing the policies for the company. The people that will

according to the policies. The Company should enforce the policies to the employees and
they should adopt the policies in order to make improvements in the company. The company
must hire an HR expert in order to provide training to the employees according to the
innovation policies those are developed.

The related policies that can be formulated side by side to the innovation policies
include the IT policies of the companies that is related to the information technology of the
company. The behaviour policies are related to the behaviour of the employees inside the
workplace, attendance policies that is related to the attendance of the employees and the Pay
policies that is related to the salary of the employees.
Innovation Model
The innovation model includes the model that can be developed by the innovation
policies that is the developed by the managers of the company in order to provide excellent
services to the customers. The innovation model will help the company to develop new and
innovative products, improve its procedures, develop new methods of advertising and
manage the company well to serve its clients properly.

teachers and the students can work properly. The environment should be good such that it is
innovative and it is student and teacher friendly. The workplace must be installed with
technologies so that it is easier for the teachers to teach the students. The workplace will be
innovative and technically advanced.
Changes Made
The changes that will be installed in the university include the various technologies
that will be installed in the various classrooms (Chaminade and Padilla-Pérez 2017). The
workplace will be made innovative. The technologies that will be installed in the classroom
include smart boards. The cubicles of the teachers will be made innovative so that they
communicate with each other properly and the classrooms will be automated. The
technologies include smart tables, projectors, many more will help the teachers to teach the
students, and it will be easier for the students to learn from the innovations and the
technology.
Consistency
The innovation and the changes will be consistent as they are being installed in the
university and it will align to the changes that are made in the university. The consistency
will help to provide proper services to the students and it will help the students in their
