Introduction
Learning is defined as a transformative procedure for taking up data which is internalised
& mixed up with experience develop on basis of what has to be done. In addition to this, learning
consist of the overall development of a person with an intent to remain in market (Hsin and Xie,
2017). It also includes the skills which will help in current & future professional career. The
present report is conducted fro acknowledging and considering what has been experienced and
learned at the time of going through classes of overall growth and development. It is stated that it
is not essential to learn factors from only subject and curriculum but it also requires the overall
development in all the areas in order to remain as well as survive in this competitive
environment. In order to do this, it is significant to have learning classes which involve team
working, time management, communication, self-organisation, presentation, networking,
integrity and so on. The present report will focus on three different aspects that is presentation
skills, working in team and managing stress. Moreover, this analysis will be made in context to
knowledge which has been gained at the time of learning in OSHE classes.
Analysis of knowledge
Presentation Skills
Presentation skill is important for an individual in order to make other people
understandable about information they want to deliver. In addition to this, such skill is needed by
a person for delivering effective information & engaging presentation to large number of
audience. Presentation skill consist of areas such as body language, designing of slides, structure
of presentation, voice tone, gesture and so on. This act as a mean for interacting and
communicating which can be opted by distinct speaking conditions such as addressing meeting,
briefing team or talking in groups. By presentation, the information is transmitted to the listeners
is often involves of persuasive entity. For example, the manner idea is kept forward in front
group.
One of the theory that is mainly used for representing ideas and presenting message to groups is
Iceberg theory. Herein, the main focus is on declining aspects that leader know but emphasis on
the information what audiences don't know (Umar, Zawawi and Abdul-Aziz, 2019). It means
that the small business must be considered facts related to it. In addition to this, the theory

leads to decline in confusion and providing information as per the requirements.
It has been analysed that. It is important to linked with purpose and bridge and to do

which presentation is designed is to be attract audience & fulfil the reason for which they attend
the presentation.
It is analysed that it is important to connect with the purpose or bridge & for this it is crucial to

should grab attention of large number of people & also renders the reason of audience to involve

that by speaking clearly, easily and precisely help in gaining success and presenting the idea in
an appropriate manner.
Working in Teams
Team is defined as a group of people who work together in order to attain common goal in
addition to this teamwork implies a better framework which is interdependent group of people
associated with the different tasks that are required in order to achieve the objectives with
instigated time period but when individuals working within the teams then they work on their
individual expertise which according to which the company the company is divided the work and
then activities implemented this will directly lead to have creative and innovative results which
insure project is a 10 on the given time period and all the activities is implemented as per the
plants as well as strategies. It is important for people to work in a team as it helps in gaining
knowledge about the team building skills time management and effective communication skills.
It is analyse that will be in team development theory is used and that consist of different
rules that have been analysed relation to team execution and formulation and accordingly
responsibilities are divided to the people working within a team (Engelhard, 2019). This help in
setting down the right person at the right place and at the right time. In addition to this it is
analyse that with the help of Belbin team theory rules and assumptions all the misunderstanding
and the confusion among the team members will decline and there’s a creation of sense of
ownership among the team and group or Numbers that can be leads to increase in the overall
performance and productivity of the team members.

Being a graduate, it is important that all the projects are attend on time period with that can
be only gets success when the students are working in a team. It is determined that in many of

health of a people but it also impact on the physical health of an individual. For example if a
project is on the timeline and it’s still required lot of efforts so there will be the tension among
the team members to complete that project on the time period if it is not completed then it create
tensions and also affect on the results as well (Silverman, Kurtz and Draper, 2016). In addition to
this, it also leads to the hamper of the overall performance of groups as they are not able to focus
on another things that is also associated with some time timeline and deadline. There for stress
management refer to the balance way in order to deal with the various aspects of life and to be
productive and effective with their offerings.
It is analyse that there are various theories related with the managing stress that help in declining
the impact which is developed by surroundings and prevails at the workplace on in the colleges
as well. One of the theory is transactional theory, it’s describe that stress defines like a direct
product of transaction which take place between individual and environment associated with the
surroundings and the resources as well. It is stated than often work environment is view point as
earth tracer and this affect on the way individual perceive the things and evaluate it. Transitional
theory criticise the concept related with the promotion and appraisal which is easy and simply
mistake and also undertakes the history of person, identifies goal and future.
It is clear that, it is complex to provide service within this price environment and conditions that
prevail at the time of delivering that service. There for it is essential to undertake the very

By analysing and determining the different weeks, knowledge has been gained in relation
to different factors. It leads to further growth of a person and also prepares them for their future.
It is determined that team working help in insure in that but activities assign is completed on the
time period and as per the standers as well (Nirmala and Kumar, 2018). In relation of formal
aspects, sometimes the feedback is taken from the leaders which will assist in ensuring that they
are working as per the guidelines and on the direction. Moreover with the help of feedback an
individual can grow and identify its strength and weaknesses that is required to be improved in
order to attain future growth and success. It is analyse that stress can be managed by developing
strict guidelines and also ensuring that activities of a peculiar day are finished. Moreover
additional time frame must be undertaken that is of 2 to 3 days extra if any of the issue arise then
it can be resolved without any mental pressure and hectic environment.
Strength:
Teamwork help in ensuring that activities is implemented as per the standers and it is
attaining on the time.
By working in a team and individual will be able to improve its innovative and creative
skills and can also enhance its communication skills which will help in future and
grabbing off opportunities

audiences that fulfil their objective to attend a presentation. It is said that it is important
for an individual to deliver an attractive presentation associated with the facts and figures
as it helps in grabbing the attention of large number audiences and meet with the
objective of delivering presentation.
Stress management lead staff members or people to deal with conditions which might not
seen as feasible an insensitive. Along with this, it will easy to ensure that activities or
operations are implemented in an effective manner.

Weaknesses:

involves the improvement in different aspects. In addition to this, it is important for an
organization to ensure that staff members that is hired have skills and capabilities to implement
the task in a proper and timely manner. It is determined that teamwork skills help in individual to
improve which problem solving skills, conflict management skills, time management skills,
communication skills and many more. Moreover, improvement within the presentation skills
help an individual to grab the attention of audiences and gain success in an effective manner. It is
important for an individual to manage the stress so that it can decline the pessimistic inferences,
which is developed by the environment and surroundings as well.
