INTRODUCTION
This report aims to present teamwork and motivational theories which has presented in
own work. In order to complete any task or activities, teamwork plays an important role in
completion of targets and objectives in a proper manner. Therefore, the teams members must be
remain motivated and dedicated towards work (Robert, 2018). The support is going to identify
teamwork and motivational theories which has helped in forming group presentation. Also , how
the CVF approach will be implemented upon own action will be discussed in this report.

In every field whether it is educational or professional level, teamwork is unnecessary
concept that binds all the individuals together to achieve a single goal. Teamwork will leads to
perform the task and activities in simpler manner as well as achieve deadlines. A group
presentation has a significant impact on individuals as all the team members get to know each
other their strength and weaknesses. This will help every individual to cope up in complex and
uncomfortable environment. Teamwork is a necessary part of Management which requires at all
progressive level. Therefore, in group work presentation we used truck man teamwork theory
that help in managing our good performance and does not make a negative impact of it. The
description is presented below:
Forming: it is the foremost stage of team building. In this the individuals are not aware about
each other’s value and find many differences during meeting. It is the introduction stages for the
members which shows them while they are working together and what their main purpose. In my
own group presentation (Leal-Flores and Gonzalez-Guerra, 2021), I worked as a leader and make
every individual engage with each other so that they better share their values and understanding.
Therefore, I introduced with the aim of presentation to get everyone perception over best suitable
strategies to carry out to work completion.
This report aims to present teamwork and motivational theories which has presented in
own work. In order to complete any task or activities, teamwork plays an important role in

Storming: at this stage, the individuals seem to have taken interest in group working. As they
better know about what to do and what things should consider while doing teamwork. In
performing our group presentation, there comes a situation when teens get confused and leads to
many conflicts while researching and preparing notes. Everyone has different perception and
Outlook which creates models to identify over the topic.
Norming: at the stage, the teams get together and make efforts to create coordination by
eliminating conflicts and confusion. This stage is the most effective which leads to develop
objectives set targets and give responsibilities. In making our group presentation, once the team
get to know about what to do to take responsibility (Scarboro, 2020). I developed value for
coordination and togetherness so that we could make the presentation effective and attractive.
Performing: it is the last stage which emphasis on creating a sense of teamwork value in
individual behavior. As it will necessary for future development of an individual. This last age
will lead to combine a relationship among members with relatively impact on performance.
The theory of teamwork difference that a group of member requires some time to know
each other. A check via proper leaders control and knowledge of good values so that no team
will lead to fluctuate in their mission and objective. Therefore this teamwork theory helps in
developing our presentation very well due to which we get to present a best thoughts and ideas.
Motivation
Motivation is one of the major factors in the field of teamwork and collaborative efforts.
This motivation is to bring individual attention and expectation from their leaders. Therefore,
McClelland theory is best for fulfilling hierarchy needs of the distraction. Expectation to gain
from their working they have a different goal and dedication towards work. Therefore in our
group presentation, this theory plays a vital role due to three factors which are described below:

I can describe myself through applying CVS approach for my personality.
Create: I have this value as I can adopt creative behavior and environment. I take
initiative to do things first and then let my team follow my orders.
Control: I have good leadership attribute to supervise and control all the performance.
As it is a necessary procedure to analyses team performance and work in the right direction. I
control over my team performance by analyzing the task and activity is assigned to them whether
they have completed it on time or not.
Collaboration: I have good attributes to bind all the group members together. I have
good communication skills which make me able to talk with my team and collaborate
effectively.
Compete: a leader must have competitive personality in order to establish a unique name
and objectives (Fatema, and Sakib, 2017). I somehow like in competitiveness as it require a lot
of improvement in many skills like Creative Thinking and problem solving.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that good teamwork and motivation is necessary to achieve
common goals. It has analysed that leaders must collaborate communicate and bring together as
