Functionality provided: Both the tools provides more or less similar functionalities
such as system wide CPU and memory usage. In case of monit it checks for the status of the
different process on different ports and hosts.
Ease of use: while using the tools in the kali linux environment, it is found the htop is
much easier compared to the monit tool. The reason behind this can be stated as, htop
provides easy command tools and keyboard shortcuts to manage the process and resource
usage.

Four important things to do for creating a better documentation
1. For any documentation it is suggested to use images for reducing the complexity
and length of the documentation. With the use of the diagrams, tables, easily
understandable lists about the different features and functionalities.
2. Up to date documentation. With any changes in the system the documentation
must be updated accordingly. it is important in order to reflect the changes so that
the users can be aware of any change in control procedures.
3. The system documents need to be secure as the information listed in the
documents can be useful for the troublemakers to find out the loopholes in the
system and invade in those.
4. Inclusion of the disaster recovery process. In case of any accidental crash it may
require to rebuild the system or reconfigure it. In this process the system
documentation can be considered as very helpful.
