1. Executive Summary
Federal Project and Program Management Community of Practice (FedPM CoP) is a
well-known framework for managing project and other capabilities in a firm. Moreover, there
are many benefits of this approach to mange network and other resources in an organization.
This is the best way to focused on the project practice capability. It is helpful in the
improvement of performance as well. This is a bottom-up technique to improve the
performance of a systems. Moreover, this report will introduce about the network
management impacts on a firm. Most of the firms have used this framework to improve the
basic process. The US federal government has recognized this approach for positive change.
This report will analyse role of the framework in problem solving as well as decision making.
In this report, impact of FedPM CoP on the project professional will discuss in details as
well.
2. Community of practice
There are many benefits of a framework in project management moreover, there are
some good changes in the project planning and execution using a standard framework. In this
report, leadership skills will discuss based on the project management including FeDPM CoP
framework. Most of the problem have solved using a framework as well [1].
There are many benefits of the international framework for program and project
management. It is the best thing to improve the performance and outcomes of a project using
this approach. In addition, there is some point to ensure before project started, which are
demonstrate value of the project, vision and missions, and many more [2]. Moreover,
planning is necessary part of a system using various things. Moreover, network can manage
using tools and techniques, which has required good skills as well. This model has followed
various other project as well, such as PMI, and employee groups [3]. It is the best way to
manage employees and their capabilities. Most of the employees have faced issues in the
designing because of many reasons including lack of requirements [4].
Thus, this model has supported to assess and identify risk in project. Most of the
people can be used using basic skills. Most of the thing can be used for managing project as
well. In addition, there are many issues in the project execution that can be resolved using the
model as well. Besides, this model has used proper steps for managing networks on a firm as
well. Most of the processes can be managed using this approach [5].

The main purpose of the community to resolve issues in the project management in
the various industries.
