PM Leadership
For managing the project no proper unethical way, the project management Team should have good
leadership skills in them. It is not so that if a person is linked to a company and is working for a long time
then he or she will have good leadership characteristics [1] [2]. Mr. Bob Moore is a manager who has been
working for a company for more than 25 years. All the customers wanted him to work for the construction
of the buildings as Mr. Bob Moore is a very efficient manager of the company. We can easily manage a job
properly but we cannot manage a leader because he or she first should think about the decisions to be
taken for the project, this shows that Mr. Bob Moore is a good manager [3].

The project manager should communicate with the members of his team for avoiding the issues and the
dangers that can hamper the project for implementing the project in a proper way [4]. In the case study,
Mr. Jim, the engineer who recently joined the organization of the construction of a building project in the
southern United States for constructing about $34 million classrooms in a University. Though Mr. Jim was a
junior engineer in the organization, still he found out the ethical issues in the system in the site of execution
[5]. He tried to sort out the problem by discussing it with Mr. Bob Moore other than reporting it to the
project manager of the system.

Mr. Bob Moore has not conducted the ethics' APM code where the company's and public's interest where
to be put before putting their private interests.
