Produce project management plan.
Project management plan defined as document that used to define each phase of project.
This is one of the effective that is inclusive of detailed information relate with technique related
with project. Thus, its defined in below context manner as-
Scope- This is defined as the crucial part that involves of determining and documenting the list
of specific goals, deliverables, features, task and deadline (Portny, S. E., 2017). Thus, main aim
of report is to define the impact of HRM and marketing over the globalization. Hence, main
object is to examine that how to improve the recruitment, selection and training practices to
expand business at the international level.
Cost- Cost is very important part of any research project which is helping to carry out all related

cost of resources, expenses and broken down into labour and other cost. Thus this will be
estimating overall cost of project management for carrying out the activities in proper manner
effectively.
Time- Time will include the setting out of deadline with the required activities into overall
project (Cleden, 2017). There are various tools that are used for identification of date and time of
each action and then budgeting all activities. so the deliverable and deadlines will be there
helping each of the overall projects can be managed and completed into set time.
Quality- the quality of the research should be maintain so that all the things are properly
managed, controlled and monitored before the final completion of the report. The quality of the
report will give the accuracy in the result so that the reliability of the report can be maintained.

Communication- the communication regarding the project research should be properly
conducted as to avoid the misunderstanding and conflicts between the working of the research
teams(Egerton and et.al 2018). The proper communication will lead to the conduct of the
efficient research project. All the relevant information should be passed to all the stakeholders
regarding the conduct of research report.
Resources- for the proper conduct of the research report, the number of the resources that will be
require will be the human resource, financial resource, labour, capital etc. with the help of these
resources, the research can be carried out more efficiently and effectively. The formulation of
proper team is very important component.
Risk management- the risk involved in the collection of the in depth knowledge for the
completion of the research project. These risk directly or indirectly effect the feasibility of the
research report. So the management of the risk should be done properly so that effective research
can take place.
This is activities that relates with collecting in-depth information and it mainly affects the
varied project variables and individual feasibility. Therefore, risk management plan must
be framed so that all activities can be carried out effectively.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research methodologies are the various schemes, steps as well as algorithms which is
used by researcher for the study. Methods which are used by the researcher for the research is
called research methodology. It can be referred as proper way of solving the research problem
and is a science of studying how a research can be done. Procedures through which researcher
describe their work, predict as well as explain phenomena is defined as research methodology. It
includes the following:
Research Type
Research type is of two types of research which can be used by a researcher one is
qualitative and another is quantitative research. Qualitative research is a type of research which
presents non-quantitative types of data and it involves collection, analysing and interpretation of
the data by observing the people say and do (Boyd, 2018). Quantitative research is based on
numeric figures and its aim is to measure quantity and compares with the past records to project
future period. In this research, researcher will choose both quantitative and qualitative type of

understanding of the research.
Research Philosophy
It forms the important part of research, it is the set of ideas or assumptions or thoughts
which keep revolving around gathered data. Research philosophy is of two types such as
positivism and interpretivism. For this research, researcher will use positivism research
philosophy as it is based on opinions and factual knowledge which is gained through
observations that may include even measurements.
Research Design
In simple words research design means the structure of research which is used for
research projects. Research design can be divided in two categories such as exploratory and
conclusive research design (Caillaud, Rose and Goepp, 2016). For this research, researcher will
use exploratory research design as it will help in providing the information which can help
researcher to reach to define the problem and help in conducting research in order to make
proper investigation of the research problem.
Research Approach
It is the set plan which includes the broader assumptions for detailing methods that
involves data collection and interpretation. Research approach is also of two types such as
deductive and inductive. In this research, researcher will use both research approaches as it will
help the researcher to derive the useful conclusion and provide definite results from observations.
Sampling
It is referred as taking a small section of population from large population in gather the
information. There are two sampling methods which researcher can use one is probability and
non-probability sampling. In this research, will use random sampling technique through which
researcher can give every respondent an equal chance of participation. In order collect data
researcher will choose 15 employees as a sample size from M&S.
Data Collection
It is the most important part of research as it forms the basis of interpretation and
conclusions of the research. Data collection methods can be divided in two parts which are
primary data collection and secondary data collection (Wiesche and et.al., 2017). For this
research, researcher which collect data through primary data collection methods as it will help

the researcher to gather relevant and reliable information for the research. Also, primary source
of data will increase the quality of research and makes the research more authentic.
Data Analysis
Data analysis is the process of analysing the data in order to discover the useful
information to derive specific conclusions from it. It is the process of applying statistical tools
and techniques to describe and evaluate data. It is of two types thematic and statistical analysis.
In this research researcher will use thematic data analysis as it will help the researcher to identify
the patterns of meaningful data to provide definite answers to research questions.

Reflection
Conducting a present research has been varied important for me as it has helped me in
various ways and helped me to gather knowledge relevant to the topic. While conducting a
research there were various strengths like I was able to complete the research on time, and I was
also able to develop proper aims and objectives of the research which forms the important part of
the research. One of the major strength while conducting a research was developing a
questionnaire which forms the basis of analysing the data for interpretation and conclusion. I,
also learnt various thing from the research like I been able to develop my skills and knowledge
about globalisation and what is its significance for multinational organisations. I also came to
know how improvements in recruitment, selection and training process can increase overall
efficiency of the organisation in long-run. While conducting the research I had certain
weaknesses like I had to face problems in developing a project management plan for the
research. I also had to face challenges in filling up the questionnaire from employees of the
M&S. I struggle a lot to get permission from the manager of company. I also, weaknesses for
setting a proper collaboration with my team mates as some of them were not serious related to
the project which was the challenging task for me to set a proper collaboration with my
colleagues. Besides of these weaknesses, I was able to complete research on time and has
maintained the quality of research.
