This research topic has been chosen as it is very interesting topic to conduct a research on. At
present the process of globalization is expanding rapidly and it has become important for
MNCs to improve their process of n order to achieve profits and competitive advantage. This
is what a researcher wants to know so, this topic has been chosen to conduct research on.

boundaries has been blurred. Globalization has brought up technological advancement along

the Adekiya and Ibrahim, (2016) argued that the technological advancement can be turned as
most challenging for human resource management due to one way communication. The one
way communication created the artificial distance among the employee and organization. The
Clarke and Higgs, (2016) also stated that the involvement of anticipatory challenges are the
major issues for HR executives.As per the view of Treweek and et.al (2018 )the positive
impact of globalization has reshaped the need of workplace . The companies need more of

Sampling technique- Researcher will use non probability sampling in which random sampling
will be used to conduct the research. In simple random sampling each member of population
has been given an equal opportunity. 10 managers of company will be selected randomly to
