and Jonsson, 2017). There are many benefits, a developing countries are enjoying with the
emergence of Multinational organisation. The scale of investment is likely to very important
when MNC's invests in a host country (Deng and Yang, 2015). There are so many advantages of
investing in host country as the economic, social, environment and financial factors are
positively influenced. It improves the balance of payments as direct flows of capital into the
country. MNCs also provides employment in the host country as they used to recruit local
residence which is also a financial and economics benefits to the host country (Impact of
globalisation on business, 2018). MNC's are the sources of tax revenues, technology transfer and
many other benefits.
Thus, in this present research paper, researcher will investigate the impact of
Multinational Corporation (Marks and Spencer) in the business environment of host country
(India) with the application of various methods and technologies.
Background of the Research
The present research is based on Marks and Spencer. The topic is to investigate the
impact of MNC's on the host country. Marks and Spencer is a major British multinational
retailers which have chains of stores at global level. Emerging country like India provides
attractive foreign direct investment so that investor invest there capital which in turn leads to
development of economy. Mainly the economic, social and financial conditions of the host
country is influenced by Multinational corporations as they improve balance of payments,
providing employment, they are source of tax revenue and many other benefits are there (Selmer
and Lauring, 2015). So, this research will use various methods and techniques to evaluate the
impact of MNC's in the business environment of host countries.

plan. It is the responsibility of researcher to communicate each and every thing to all the people

communication gap, researcher uses circulars, emails and messenger to communicate all the
important informations to staff members (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017).
Scope: Scope means the range of study where it can be use. The scope of this present
