has been an increase in the projection of the management of the newly innovated products that
are present in the commencement of the projects. This leads to the circumstance that the
commencement of the development gets affected in a positive custom. This is solitary of the key

will occur. In case the project management includes tradition of the innovated products the main
benefit that s gained by the business organization that implements the new technology includes

in the project management.

When considering the examples of the technological innovation which uses the
information technology the 3D printing technology is one of the most advanced innovation. The
3D printing is like the normal printing but in this case the print output is a three dimensional
object. To produce this 3D object materials are solidified or joined under the control of a
computer. This innovative technology is mostly used in the additive manufacturing and in rapid
prototyping (Attaran 2017). This technology is used by one of the biggest automobile company
in the world which is Ford. This automobile company uses the 3D printing technology for
designing the parts of the prototypes vehicles. As per the statement of this organization,
traditional methods of designing the prototype would cost the organization $500,000 and will
take total time of four months while the same process with 3D printing technology will cost
$3,000 and it will be ready in 4 days (Tymrak, Kreiger and Pearce 2014).
Information technology is very much important in the proper execution of the 3D printing
technology. According to Gartner market research, by the year of 2018 3D printing technology
will result losses in the intellectual property of at least $100 bn. For the losses there are various
reason but the main interesting fact is that all the reasons are related with the IT implications.

essential to manage all the devices properly.

The main success factors for the 3D printing technology is technology dimension,
organizational dimension, environmental dimension and the cost dimension (Kietzmann, Pitt and
Berthon 2015). The technological dimension of the 3D printing technology includes the use of
information technology in the operative organization. It is assessed that information technology
is functioning like a resource type which is enhancing the competitiveness nature (Head and
Vanorio 2016). The readiness of the organization in the organizational factor evaluates whether
the organization is equipped with proper materials or not for the 3D printing implementation.
Influence of the environmental factor directly contribute to the market competition of the 3D
printing project.
Internal Factor:
The main internal factor on the 3D printing technology is the organization factor. The
organizational factor is important in this case because the organizational factors control the
efficiency of the 3D printing project. The organization need to implement proper infrastructure to
execute the 3D printing technology as this process is very complex process.
External Factors:
In the case of external factor the main factor is the market factor. This factor is works as
link between the individuals and the 3D printing services. This factor actually helps in the
growth of the 3D printing technology.

In the case of the innovative 3D printing technology a recommendation can be provided
on the use of the information technology for the organizational success. This recommendation is
discussed below.
For the production machines and desktop 3D printers everyone can use this technology to
print anything without proper information reaching to the management. Thus organization face
loss due to the improper implementation of the 3D printer. For this reason it is recommended to
use the information technology to manage the sets of 3D printer in a particular manner.
Conclusion
From the above report it can be concluded that the emergence of the IT innovation has
been getting performed in a very vast manner. This leads to the datum that the beginning of the
development gets managed in a better manner. The usage of the IT innovation in regular industry
ensures the fact that the project management in business gets easier and this acts as the main
reason behind the implementation of the IT innovations. After implementation of the IT
innovations the main aspect that is taken into consideration is that the efficiency rate increases
