In the present business scenario, information technology is important in terms of
improving the corporate communication. Strategic approach proves effective in this direction.
This is in terms of achieving positive outcomes in the field of customer relationship.
According to the article by Argenti, there have been transformations in the way leaders
communicated with the team members (Argenti 2017). This included speech, writing and
media coverage. Strategic implementation is an addition to this list, which has added a new
feature in the aspect of workplace communication. Argenti sheds light on making the
employees aware of preserving the core values. This results in the enhancement of the
workplace culture. Proper communication improves the stability between the employees and
the management, which is needed in terms of enhancing the productivity in business. The
quotation, “Structure or people may come and go, but when employees know that values
consistent, are an advantage to creating good outcomes for everyone, and are enforced, that
provides a solid counterbalance to the feelings of personal risk that are inavoidable in times
of change or crisis” can be related.”

the managers and employees need to be trained on logistic management, so that they emerge
successful in enhancing the productivity. Rationality in this direction helps in maintaining the
balance between the supply and demand.
Hong Kong is just an example, which enhances the awareness of the businesspersons
towards making effective use of the information and communication technology. Logistic
management can also be related to the execution of trade in an efficient and effect manner.
Conclusion
Communication is important in the workplace in terms of executing the activities in
an efficient and effective manner. Strategic approach in this direction proves beneficial for
systematizing the activities according to their priority. Transmitting the information related to
the orders need to reach the customers within the stipulated time. For this, social media is the
best option, which transmits the information to large number of customers within a short
time. Installation of privacy cookies and policies is effective in terms of maintaining the
safety, security and privacy of the clients and the customers.
