Subject: Communication of Leaders in a Strategic Level
Considering the technological advancement in the 21st century, the importance of
communication has been grown vastly. This corporate communication is used by the
organization leaders on a strategic level. Regarding this topic, I have done some research and
prepared a summary of the research. This summary will justify the importance of strategic
communication at the corporate level.
Requirement of Strategic Commination in Corporate Level
Strategic communication is an essential requirement for the success of the business. The
strategic communication is required at the corporate level because it can help the audience to
understand what the organization wants to share with them externally and internally. This
conversation is shaped in this way to get the desired results. This strategic communicating is
the most important tool for the success and growth of the organizational members when it is
implemented in the right way (Argenti 2017). Implementing strategic communication in the
organization will help to identify the strategic goals of the organization, and it will also help
to map the objectives of the organization. It is considered an essential process which is
required for the long-term viability and growth.
According to Argenti, the profound shift of communication has moved to the elevated
and strategic level from a tactical focus. Also, communication has become very much
important for the execution of the strategy. The ability to use strategic communication is an

Technological Opportunities in Strategic Communication:
In the case of strategic communication, the role of the leader is considered as the most
important role. However, implementation of the technological things in the strategic
communication will make the strategic communication more effective and easier (Kim 2014).
The strategic communication requires an effective meeting to execute its properties. In many
of the cases, this is not possible to arrange a physical meeting. In such of the cases video
conferencing can be arranged. The main goal of strategic communication is providing
information, building equity and influencing behaviour and attitudes (Holtzhausen and
Zerfass 2013). By the implementation of the emerging media in the strategic communication
the advertising, merchandising, sales promotion and the marketing of the organisation
increased rapidly. Thus efficiency and optimization are achieved in workflow.
Challenges in Strategic Communication and Improvement Technique
The main challenges of strategic communication are related to the technology which
is used in this case. The main challenge is that it can down the morale of the employees who
are not capable of using this type of new technologies (Dulek and Campbell 2015). Other
challenges of strategic communication are the inappropriate environment of communication.
To improve the technological challenge of the strategic communication training
session can be provided to the peoples who are not capable of the new technologies. The
issue of the inappropriate environment can be solved by the proper environment selection for
the communication.
Conclusion:
From the brief analysis of the topic, this memo implies that strategic communication
is used by the organizational leaders to execute the proper strategy in the corporate sector. It
has been analysed that the implementation of technological things can improve the process of
