using of social media at workplace as well as term and conditions for employee. It will analyze a
series of social media events that have had negative consequences for Sunshine 100.
Social Media Policy (SMP) for the Sunshine 100 is main concern of this report. This report is
based on the previous incidents in the organization, which are not good for reputation of
Sunshine 100. In this report, discuss about these questions:

2. What the basis needs of social media at workplace?

key issue in front of company that social media policy in company for all staff members.
Facebook is used in the workplace by 35% of the Australians. It is beneficial for company that
more than 15 million Facebook users are uses social media on monthly basis. Therefore, it is
easy to share information of the new products and services of the Sunshine 100.
Employees are assets of organization, but they are affecting image of organization from their
post at social media. Employees are making reputation of an organization from their work and
behavior. However, clients believe on the organization as a brand in the market. It is also
depending on individual employee’s comments as well as behavior of the employee for their

sites and they post about the organization, which is a direct put impact on the organization for the
unintended audiences. Social media is way to increasing the productivity of the organization in
different way, such as marketing, internal communication and collaboration (Fusi & Feeney,
