and retain high quality employees. Law enforcement agencies
face the additional challenge of having to maintain a stable

Nowadays in order to keep the employees with high quality and to recruit new employees, an
organisation faces various challenges among their completion organisations. The organization of Law
enforcement also faces an extra challenge of managing and maintaining their team of workforce to be
committed in their work process and also in their organization.
Paraphrasing example 2
An organisation, at the current date, tackles competitions with competing organisations in their
process of attracting and maintaining the employees with high quality in work. This competition is also
seen in the Law enforcement organisations with an additional challenge of maintaining the workforce
in a stable and determined manner towards their organisation and work
