Today more than ever, organisations must compete to attract
and retain high quality employees. Law enforcement agencies
face the additional challenge of having to maintain a stable
workforce committed to the work and the organisation.
Paraphrasing example 1
It has become necessary in this era for the industries to get a team of proficient staff so that they can
provide a quality product in comparison with the competitors. Where agencies like AFP, ACT and
others are focusing on building a cluster of quality staff which can stay with the organisation for a
prolonged time.
Paraphrasing example 2
Law enforcement agencies are the most active agencies these days and also the one which keeps most
of the confidential information than any other industry. That is why, where other industries are
competing with each other to get a team of skilled staff for quality results, these agencies are hiring
skilful people who can stay with the company for a long time.

Step1: First, accessed the Southern Cross University’s official website.
Step2: By choosing the Current Student and Staff tab, accessed the login page of the SCU.
Step3: Logged-in with the given username and password.
Step4: From the tab section, opened up Library tab and searched for the author name by provided
credentials.
Step5: Accessed the journal and filled up the missing details in question 2.
