The design process emphasizes understanding user needs, defining target users, and selecting appropriate mobile platforms. It covers key steps such as ideation, prototyping, and integrating analytical tools for feedback. The report also addresses factors influencing the design, including financial considerations and user authentication, while ensuring the app is findable, credible, and accessible. The application features include a splash screen, home screen, login, profile, and checkout, all designed to provide a seamless and valuable user experience. The design process of a mobile app to offer online services
As the designer, I decided to use a UI design mobile screen method design because it will
create the user interface meetings users’ needs and make the experience pleasant and satisfying.
For more to consider using this design, I will have to use the following steps to create my
application
A great imagination will lead to a great app. This is what you need to keep in mining
first, and this is what problems can be resolved by your app and what is the feature of this app,
and this case study one wanted to develop an app that would assist him on online services and
expand its market, and his main products were food, gifts, wine. And this product would have
specific features of the products and how one could see, get or book order and how he will
receive it in the marketplace. This app should provide the customers with tangible benefits
including reducing opts costs via productivity and also the customers' experience on the product.
Identify the target users this is the target group to ensure the successful use of your app
mobile platforms and devices to support your app this is the hardware performance, the battery
life and this will help in the coverage, device support, and other features. And also you should
identify the revenue, and that is you choose an appropriate approach for you to earn revenue this
you can create the app to get a paid application when you view the advertisements, pay per
download this you will attract the users and spend money on various application
Design your app this you will ensure what method to use because this will create the
impact on the mind of the user and also the usability of the application
Identify the approach to develop the app this can either be native, web or hybrid. A native
app is best for delivering users experience, but it requires time and skills and is expensive but

delivers highest user experience. The web is cheap and can run on multiple platforms, but they
are less powerful to the naive consumer. Hybrid is a combination of the native and web to
achieve the best this will enable you to create unique features that people will be able to access
Develop a prototype this is where you take your idea and turn it into functionality, which
will make it easier to sell to the buyers who can now benefit from it this will help it to attract
investors
Integrate an appropriate analytical tool this will show you on how many visitors use your
web how they arrived on your site and how they keep coming back
Identify a beta tester to get feedback from your customer this is by defining your target
customer and also getting the market analysis this will eliminate the bugs and will help you to
the device coverage of your app (Gillijns et al., 2015). You should also identify the goals this is
to get the opportunity to understand the target market their requirements which that helps in the
in focusing efforts
Release the app so as to protect the integrity of the place, and capture the metrics. This
will show you why the consumers are unable to get the desired user action, what aspects of the
app are capturing the users, tracking the time and location where the app is being used and the
behavior of your user concerning the critical areas of the app
Can upgrade your app with improvements and new measures after you capture your
metrics you can improve on some of the apps feature to enhance the visibility of the app to the
user's band updating it regularly helps so much with the app (Uma & Suseela, 2015).
Market your app rightly this will create a successful application that will profoundly
assist you and people can recommend one another in using the app appropriately

I choose these UI design process because it will assist me in knowing how my app is
progressing, how many people are enabled to use it how easy is for them to use and understand
what’s needed to be changed in my app due to their feedbacks and also the number of people
able to use this app will assist me very effectively (Dekelver, Kultsova, Shabalina, Borblik,
Pidoprigora & Romanenko, 2015).
Factors that influence the design process
To come up with this design, I checked ion the financial needs and how many people will
be aware of my online product and the many ways are achieve on it financially since I will not
need to advertise about it because people will know it (Ming, Zhou & Li, 2016).
This app will satisfy my client’s needs because they will know of my products, know
when I do special offers, they can search for whatever they need and view all my facility and
also check in and out of the products that are why I considered this design process
Through the feedback, I get I will be able to maintain the app, see people suggestions,
and also I can improve it
I can distribute this app very effectively using either the Google or iTunes which is not
expensive at all in managing an app
This app will be authenticated hence one can log in and out, and no one will be able to
access another person’s data in the application (Endsley, 2016).
I used this design method since its findable since all the contents are easy to find,
credible people can trust on my products since the app will give all the information,, its desirable
this its bring the image, identity through branding of my products, it will be accessible to all the
users you only need to download the app and can get all the services it was also valuable to all
the users since our products are well valued as mentioned in the application and the product and

services in the application are very useful and can save your time and how fast you can get it
(Kalpakjian & Schmid, 2014).
This app design was also compatible with all the browsers and will also be active since
all the requirements will be placed hear (Choudhury, Choudhury, Pramanik, Arif & Mehedi,
2015).
My application will have the splash screen this is where it will have our names, logo, and
slogan of the company, the home screen it will navigate you to all you want through the search
can get whatever you want, this will also show the notifications your account profile, and all the
settings you require to change we will have a log-in and profile screen and the catalogs design
and the product design and also the checkout screen where you log out and social screen for
feedback, this is because I used the UI design for my application and this is what is required in
this application. This will also have a contact area where you can call in case of inquiries all
when you place your number for delivering services (Benton, Vasalou, Khaled, Johnson &
Gooch, 2014)
The similar interface I could use maybe could be the mobile user experience which is
known as the UX which will give you positive experience during the use of this applications the
only problem with those interface it is difficult for users to discover and use it that’s why I would
not change using the UI since its easy for users (Lewis, 2015).
