5. Maori protocols
The Maori protocols that are mainly used or selected is mainly for properly maintaining
the customers. It is found that the protocols are very much important for the non-Maori visitors
for successfully understanding the protocols as well as culture and for properly avoiding the
challenges including personal embarrassments (Oetzel., 2019) Few of the protocols that are used
while undertaking the project are listed below:
Resource management Act 1991: This act is mainly utilized for promoting sustainable
energy for managing the utilization of the project and for protecting the natural and
physical resources (Kruger et al., 2015).It is found that the resources that are used in
mobile application development must be managed successfully
Treaty: It is found that the community people generally needs to follow the treaty on the
basis of their relationship especially by Iwi/hapu.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
8. Constraints, assumption and risks
8.1 Constraints
If the scope creep occurs then it will cause delay within the project and with extend the
launching date of the mobile application which is one of the major issues.
If the quality analyst team generally finds any type of issue then more resources are
generally needed that further increases the project cost.
8.2 Assumption
