1. Project background/description
The paper mainly reflects on the project of mobile application development for the
OPAIC industry internship. It is found that the main aim of the mobile application is to provide
proper facility such that the students, staffs as well as employees of the OPAIC industry can be
able to collaborate online which further resolves the issues that the industry faces due to the
utilization of manual system. It is found that the mobile app which will be developed will get
launched on 14th of January 2020 and the time which is needed for successfully developing the
app which will further need around 90 days. In addition to this, the budget that is needed for the
app development which is further sponsored by the OPAIC industry.
2. Goals, Business need or opportunity
The main goal of OPAIC is to build safe, positive as well as inclusive higher learning-
based environment so that the teachers and students can keep contact and improve the entire
system of education. For achieving the project goal, the organization generally wants to to
develop a mobile based application so that they can be able to collaborate with the teachers,
students as well as staffs of the organization effectively. The development of the new application
will not only help in mitigating the challenges that the OPAIC industry faces due to the use of
manual system but also helps in increasing proper collaboration with the teachers and students
for improving the education system.

The Maori protocols that are mainly used or selected is mainly for properly maintaining

while undertaking the project are listed below:
