This document outlines a mobile application development project for a technical college in Dammam. The project focuses on creating an Android app that caters to high school students, current students, and graduates. The app will provide information about the college's programs, admission requirements, and general details. It will also enable users to apply for enrollment, manage profiles, and access certificates. Additionally, the app will include sections for short courses, media, and social media links. The application will have sections such as About Us, Programs, Short Courses, Accreditation, Admission, Careers, Gallery, News, and Contact Us.

College Mobile Application
My mobile application project will be developed based on an existing technical college in
Dammam where I work for at the moment. The college offers multiple technical programs
to high school graduates who will, upon graduation, end up with a high diploma and a job
in the oil and gas industry. Thus, my main audience or users will be high school students,
current students of the college and graduates.
I will be developing an Android mobile app. The application will mainly provide
information about the different specializations offered by the college, admission
requirements and a general idea about the college; founders, sponsors, mission, vision and
values.
The application will enable users to apply for enrollment, contact the college, and search
using keywords. It will also enable current students to manage their profiles in the college
system. Graduates or former students of the college will be able to extract copies of their
certificates, transcripts, etc.
In addition to diploma degrees, the college offers short courses to employees on the job in
the oil and gas field. Enrollment procedures are different than those of high school
students, therefore, it will have a separate section in the app.
There will also be sections for media. So, photo gallery and news sections will be included
where users can view photos and download the college newspaper (PDF files). The college
has a presence on social media and I will use icons of social media sites with links to the
college accounts (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube).
