The main focus of the paper is to properly implement the mobile based
famer based support application so that organization “Globlex” can be
able to focus on the farmlands productivity with the help of methods and

It is found that in order to lead the project successfully, it is quite
necessary to have excellent communication skill that is quite vital for
enabling the project manager for communicating effectively with broad
spectrum of people who are at different levels so that project can
progress effectively. Moreover, the project manager must have a positive
attitude, proper competence, appropriate integrity for managing the
project. In addition to this, a great project manager needs to possess
excellent problem solving skills so that the issues associated with the
project can be managed effectively.

The project manager must have proper project management skills as
well as knowledge so that they can be capable of managing the work of
