INTRODUCTION
Human being are very conscious about their health. They try to maintain their diet in
order to remain fit and fine. For doing this technology can be very helpful in providing different
tips about eating. Various Apps can be developed that will useful for humans (Bennett, Flett, and
Babbage, 2016) Therefore, this report will show how eating App collects personal data and
information by using management information system. Also, what are different input and output
devices that are used by mobile phones. Besides this, how by using App humans can get
effective information about good health tips.
MAIN BODY
Description of information processing system used by the App
The information system plays a crucial role in processing data into useful information. It
uses certain software, operating system, networks, etc. through which information is transferred.
It is done so that effective decisions can be taken on the basis of information provided. It helps a
business in many ways to improve its efficiency and operations (Jarero, Rake and Givaudan,
2017) In mobile App management information system is used that keep records of consumers,
details of customers, etc. This system collects and store data of various customers. Then
accordingly, it provides information on what food items have to be eaten. The information
system used by App is Android. Also, it will use data processing system that will be useful in
processing data. When a customer will enter data then IS will process this data and give results
accordingly. The system will be having a high micro processor chip so that it can run on Android
as well as IOS. The App will be easily compatible on both operating system. Moreover, the data
entered in the system will be stored in database so that it can be retrieved. The information
system used by App can be changed if needed (Temple, 2017). It will be made flexible so that
data can be quickly processed.
Generally, there are many information systems that is used to process data. It includes
transaction process system, decision making system, executive support system, etc. But in
mobile App a different information system is required. The information system depends upon
how type of data that App uses. Also, the configuration of IS is developed on APP and devices
that are used by mobile phone. The efficiency of App depends upon types of information
system. More effective an information system will be more fast data will be processed. It will

lead to more ease in data. The information given will be more clear and classified. The IS will be
able to handle and manage data in easier way.
Information about the input, processing and output devices the mobile phone uses
There are various devices that are used by mobile phones along with different
applications. It includes input , output and processing devices. These devices are according to the
nature of application that mobile uses (Ridley, Jeffrey, and Roberson, 2017). Input devices
includes memory card, Bluetooth, that can be used to input data. Output device can include
digital watch, screen, etc. which helps in giving output of information. The processing devices
can include processor, CPU, Integrated circuit, etc. These devices process the data to provide
useful information. With all these devices the mobile phone can be used for running the App. In
this way by combing together all device a mobile can process data. The types of devices used in
mobile phone will help in effective input and output of data. This will lead to effective working
of App in mobile and providing information by processing data.
Reflection
By developing an App relating to healthy easting tips for mobile I analysed that it was
easy for me to determine what input and output devices are needed for mobile phones. I defined
those devices very well and it worked very effectively. I was not given proper data on what type
of information must be added in App (Beebe, 2018). This create lot of problem as I have to
research and find out information that will be very specific and useful. So if next time similar
project comes then I will research on what and how much information must be added in App. It
will be easy to use and add information. From this assignment my strengths was I was easily able
to identify which type of information system will be needed to process data. Also, which device
will be best for input and output of data. I created a method through which processing will be
done. But, on the other hand I was not enough effective in programming language. This affected
my ability to develop App. For this I hired expert who was able to perform this task. Therefore,
for improving my weakness I implemented some strategies. I started taking training in
programming language so that I can do it my own. Now for making my strengths stronger I
started researching on which devices can be used for different mobile Apps (Temple, 2017). I
read articles on various mobile Apps that provided me an idea on how effective can a device be

used. With this I will be able to improve my working efficiency. It will help me in my
professional development.
CONCLUSION:
From this report it is concluded that mobile device uses different information system.
These systems plays a crucial role in processing data into useful information. It uses certain
software, operating system, networks, etc. through which information is transferred. There are
various devices that are used by mobile phones along with different applications. It includes
input , output and processing devices. Generally, there are many information systems that is used
to process data.
