bank that will be useful for both the android users and iOS users. This project offers the bank to
implement an application that helps organization to maintain its business processes.
The key stakeholders associated with the project are the project manager who is of ager
37 and he needs to manage all the activities in the project. There are other stakeholders as well
that specifies the bank, other business partners and the suppliers or the vendors. The age of the
bank is two years.
The opportunity or the target of the application that is being built is the citizens of
Australia and the customers who are associated with the bank. The opportunity that is involved
in this project is to have an application that improves the business opportunities of the
