Question: How it can be used for the business purpose?
Startup companies need innovative projects to launch a new business. However, it's not
that easy to get an idea of a business and more importantly it is even challenging to draw the
entire plan and execute it accordingly and achieve the desired sources. This technology presented
here can be the potential choice of many startup companies. It is because this concept is very
trending at this moment in the tourism industry as well as in other industries. The concept and
technology to be used in this mobile-based application will be the VR and AR. VR and AR are
already benefiting many industries across the world. These should also benefit the tourism
industry (Bonetti, Warnaby and Quinn 2018). It is a mobile-based application that users can
download from the Android app store and iOS app store. Tourists will be able to use this
application for locating hotels, restaurants and much more.
From the perspective of the business, it requires investing significant funds in developing
this application. When completed, this application can be made available on both IOS and
Android platforms by doing business deals with either of the software platforms. Marketing of
the concept will also be a part of the business. The ways to advertise this application is to make it
visible on IOS and Android platforms. Appropriate use of SEO will make it easily searchable on
operating platforms. The developer of this startup company can set a specific amount for this
mobile application and sell this on Google Play or iOS stores. The app can be sold on these
platforms for free or can be charged as well (Ungureanu, Pop and Ungureanu 2016). If sold for
free there will still be the option to earn from it by using ads as well as in-app purchase options.
By going for the app in the purchase option some locked features can also be unlocked.
Question: What are the benefits of using this app?

This mobile-based application will be beneficial both for the uses and developers. Users
specifically the tourist will be able to locate a restaurant or hotel, get access to real feeds, the
road condition, the traffic situation, the shopping place and much more (Jung et al. 2016). It
doesn't just make their life easier and enjoyable but their experience of visiting a place will also
be redefined. The barriers to an enjoyable tour can be effectively reduced with this application.
The use of AR in this application will allow users to get access to the 360-degree view of the
hotel. They know many things before they start their journey like the infrastructure of the hotel
the facilities inside and lots more (Han et al. 2019).
From a business perspective, this application should be profitable for the developer. The
startup companies should, in particular, utilize this technology concept to develop an application
as described in this presentation and be benefited in numerous ways. This application can be sold
to the google play store as well as the iOS store. This can be sold free or chargeable as required.
When to solid it for free, few features can be hidden for the business purpose. Users can be
prompted to unlock these features by paying a certain amount. If they are made available to be
downloaded for free the developers can still make money in different ways. The developers can
put adds into it. This will be a revenue stream for the developer or the startup company. An in-
app purchase option can also be attached to the application. This option the developer can charge
for special features hidden for that access it for free (Ungureanu, Pop and Ungureanu 2016). It is
suggested to developers those who will be willing to utilize this opportunity to earn something
that they never use Google AdSense if they are to monetize the app using ads. Sach attempts will
automatically break the Google review system. On finding it Google will automatically lock the
account without the consent of the developer and will also take away all their earnings.

Question: What would be its cost for a start-up business?
It is difficult to say anything about the startup cost or the cost involved in developing this
app. However, this entire application development venture should cost around 11,000 US dollars.
There will be many expenses streams. One of these streams is the core technological part. The
team deployed at developing this application will consume a significant amount. Once the
application is ready to sell it needs to go through intensive marketing strategies such as
advertising the concept on social media sites and using any other useful marketing strategies.
The maintenance cost will be there for fixing an error or treat a potential problem. The software
upgrades will also need investment in it (Yung and Khoo-Lattimore 2019). The role of
shareholders will be of importance in the financial management of this application. Shareholders
should have faith in this application concept and wait patiently for the results.
