Part 1: MOV

Operational: Operation section will also get benefitted. The main reason of this benefit is
that Globex provides training to the farmers for making them efficient. This ensures that the
efficiency of the functional process of the farmers will get benefitted. Maintaining relationship in
between the government bodies are also performed and hence the operational sector will get
benefitted.
Customer: Customers are the mostly benefitted sector. The sector includes the fact that
proper understanding of the requirement of the clients and customers will be gained. This
ensures that proper execution of the process can be performed. This will help the clients in
proper gaining the required crop. It is expected that the data that will be collected will ensure
that understanding of the requirement will be accurate.
Social: Farmers will be providing data regarding the crops that they are growing and
hence the main aspect that the farmers may not be well aware of the crops that they need to grow
and hence the land of the farm will be facing issues. This issue mitigation will help in bettering
of the farming process and hence the farmers will get benefitted. This ensures that better
understanding of the crops that are to be grown will be understood.
Strategy: Strategy development is one of the major aspect that get benefitted as per the
processing of the MBFSA program. The mobile based application the main aspect that is
provided includes proper data analyzing of the requirement of the customers. This enhances the
fact that proper growing of crop can be made. This will enhance the understanding of the
customer requirements.

Financial: Financial aspect will also be impacted in a positive manner. Despite the fact
that there will be an initial expenditure, the main aspect that is gained includes better
understanding of the required resources. Hence the resource wastage will be mitigated. This
ensures that better understanding of the crops that are to be grown and the quantity of crops that
is to be grown is calculated. This ensures that better understanding of the requirement can be
performed and hence wastage of the crops will be mitigated and hence financially the farmers
and the stakeholders of the project gets benefitted financially.

Part 2 : Scope
Project’s scope
Scope of the project is to provide a collaboration in between the stakeholders of the
program. After performing the collaboration the main aspect that is considered includes the fact
that proper arrangement of the business management of the growing process of the crops will get
enhanced. Collaborating of the Local government, wholesalers, Farmers and the Globex
Corporation for providing proper solution sin the farming aspect for increasing the efficiency of
the choice of crop that is to be grown and the method that is to be implemented.
Out of scope
The main aspect that is excluded in the project plan includes the time scheduling of the
development of the MBFSA. Another aspect that has been excluded from the scope but should
have been in the scope includes proper managing of the team that is in charge of the developing
process. Another aspect that is out of scope include the terminologies that are to be followed
regarding the processing of the MBFSA in the mobile phones of the farmers.
Scope management plan
The project scope management plan consists of mainly 4 phases. The phases are namely
collecting of the requirement. Assigning of the roles and responsibilities to the stakeholders,
creation of the WBS are also required for performing of the project scope management plan.
Validating and control scope are also vital steps that are to be performed for proper processing of
the scope management plan.
