5.4.1 Process model
The project management process model that is to be used in this project is the Agile. The
Agile methodology focuses on the completion of the activities in sprints. There can be
multiple sprints in the completion of the project. In this project, the sprint will be of 15 days.
Each sprint will be followed by the assessment of the project. Each sprint leads to the
completion of one module which can be used by the users. This project will be divided into
multiple sprints that will be completed by the team.
5.4.2 Process improvement plan
The process improvement plan of this project will be focused on understanding the areas that
are weaker and then implementing the resources that can act in improving them. There are
various activities that will take place while developing the project. The focus will be on
understanding each of the activities and then improving to ensure that the activities finish
well within time and budget.
5.4.3 Infrastructure plan
The infrastructure of the project is related to the physical and the technical aspects that are
required in the system development. The development of the mobile application will require
the access to the cloud system mechanism to virtually store the data that will be generated by
the users from both the ends. Moreover, it is important that the users have enough space and
configuration available on their devices to access the system. The mobile app is expected to
not use the battery power and memory of the device in comparison to other applications.

Given below is the overall project plan that will be used in the development of the project.
Some of the activities are already complete such scope identification and resource collection.

5.4.5 Product acceptance plan
The acceptance of the project will be done only when all the requirements are met and
approved. The completion of the project will be followed by the submission of the project
completion report to the senior management. The acceptance report will be submitted in
specific format that reflects the project brief, what the requirements were, and what was
achieved.

5.4.6 Project organization
The project organization refers to bringing in together all the resources together to complete
the intended activities. There are three aspects in the project organization, namely, external
interface, internal interface, and authorities and responsibilities that are mentioned below:
5.4.6.1 External interfaces
The external interface of the mobile application will be for the users who have not logged
into the system. There will be some information that can be accessed by the users when not
logged in such as purpose of this mobile application. The benefits one can get after using the
application and how the whole mobile application to be used. Some of the information can be
placed under the help section of the external interface. The centre of the page will cover the
login form for the system.
5.4.6.2 Internal interfaces
The internal interfaces will have different pages based on the utility. There will be page
showing stock ticker, link with accessibility to external resources, page that displays the
updates from the faculty. The will be a page where the users can ask query from the faculty
using the text box, and send button.
5.4.6.3 Authorities and responsibilities
The project manager will be the one who will be responsible for the development of this
whole activity. The resources will be procured by the project manager as required. Moreover,
the team members on the team will be handling the activities assigned to them on daily basis.
The manager will be focusing on the appropriate use of time and resources. It will be ensured
that the resources are prudently used to ensure less wastage:
