software but still they provide the better qualitative services and experiences.

also used as business tool where the marketers can easily post the information about the business
and to respond to the classifies ads. Its functionality also allows to organise an online event

Success and popularity: It has good engaging features which makes it popular, as it offers the
news feeds, chats, voice and video calls and it also has the wide appeal.
Advantages: Another benefits is it is free of cost so anyone can use it. With this user can easily
develop the community as by inviting the other people so that they can share the same
information. It also offers the messenger utility that can be installed on the mobile platform that
offers the quick access as compared to the other web pages.
Disadvantages: Some people uses it for illegal purpose as they make the fake account and done
some malicious activities. Hackers uses Facebook to send the scams which can retrieve all the

Success and popularity: Instagram is the most successful application because it has large and
growing user base, it has continuously growing user base and because of its interactive and
efficient functionalities which makes it more successful. It enables the users to actively engage
with the posts, they can easily likes, comments and tags the posts. It also has one type of the like
button which keeps the users to easily interact with, its easy navigations makes it more popular.
Another reason for its popularity as it is mobile friendly and also offers the better experience as
compared to the other social media applications.
Advantages: This platform offers lots of benefits as with this easily knowledge can be shared,
one can easily speak out to the world and conveys their messages to the large audience. It also
uses for the business purpose, organisations use the popularity of the people to attract the
customer base towards their products and services.
Disadvantages: Instagram is mobile friendly app, it has narrow features on the PC and also user
have to face the unwanted ads. Addictiveness is another drawback, as user gets easily addicted to
its features. Privacy is another concern as anyone can view or access the story and post of other,
some people also uses this benefits for their own purpose which later turns into the crimes.
Businesses depends on this platform to launch and advertise their products and services,

millions of the songs. Its basic functionality is to play the music at free of cost.
Success and popularity: Its success is mainly because of its enhanced sophisticated data
gathering, it also enables to keep launching of new services that associates its users around
specific moods. It is popular because it makes the streaming music extremely incredible. This
